  Management is very unprofessional, Mercedes is rude and dishonest. We ordered food paid cash and asked for a receipt. We were told that the printer was broke. When our order came out it was wrong and the girl said that we needed a receipt because no order was ever placed. The girl kept our money and tried to say we didn't order. If we didn't order why did they give us food that was half wrong...... the girl took our money thats how.

  This is the third time they have messed up my order by either giving me someone else’s meal or messing something up in my order. I decided to go up there this time so i could get my correct food and they kept telling me i was wrong and that it was the door dashers fault. i don’t think it’s the door dashers fault when they ask for Kelsey’s food and the wingstop employees give out someone named Carla’s food. The bigger white lady who always has a bun(idk her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag) told me i had an attitude and made it a problem to have to remake my food. While i was waiting she came out of the kitchen multiple times to say unnecessary things like calling me a “smartass”. i wouldn’t recommend buying food from wingstop while she’s working because even after she remade my order it was wrong. she tried to make every thing better by giving me more food but it still wasn’t correct. i ordered Cajun Classic Wings, like verbally those words came out of my mouth and went into that lady’s ears, yet she somehow heard lemon pepper. i didn’t go back in this time because it had already been too much of a hassle and if i would’ve told her right then and there that she messed it up again she probably would’ve gotten mad at me a created another problem

  This was the first time I tried Wingstop. I ordered 40 all flats, well done, in all the flavors. I ordered the corn, celery, carrots, fries, and cheese fries. I ordered xtra sauces, and brownies. Everything was made on time, the employees were courteous, and very helpful. Most importantly, all the food was cooked to perfection, and it was all delicious. Thank you, Wingstop. I will be back many times, I am sure. I loved all the flavors that rolled into my mouth. My only question is which one do I like the best? Well, I will have to order them all.

  Tracy was my server and she FANTASTIC, polite and enjoyable, food was good but her service was unmatched.
