- AMAlyssa MooreJun 27, 20261.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. Literally been sitting here for 30 minutes and not one server stopped and greeted me or anything of that nature. Literally had to stop someone and let them know how long I’ve been waiting to place an order, just to find out that they don’t even have what I wanted on the menu anymore. Wasted 30 minutes waiting for absolutely nothing !

We played for about 2hrs and it cost us like 40$ (not including food) If you have never been before it does require what they call a one time lifetime membership fee of $6 per person but after that you never have to pay it again..so initially your first time will cost more but then after that its not unreasonable in my opinion. It was me and my two boys and in the two hours we played pretty much all the mini games but actual course game...I will say this to me if you have a group of 5 or 6 you might want to edit the game play if it will let you where you dont hit as many times and it may automatically do it based on number of players but double check because one game had us hitting like 6 times per round which can be alot for younger ones or be alot of downtime between swings.....As far as food what we had was really good, depending on how you look it price was it wasnt much different than fast food maybe $3-4 more than average meal at fast food...I think our each of meals was like $17-18 each including a pretty large drink..but they also have some appetizers too if you just want a snack if you didnt want to spend all that. The staff was very polite and nice I could tell it was obvious a few teenagers or young adults probably new because they didnt know the answers to some questions I had but they were very respectful and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

When we arrived we sat and waited for 10 minutes waiting for our attendant. We then ordered drinks. She never told us it playing time had started. We waited another 10 minutes four her to come back still with no drinks. She told us then we needed to start playing. I stated we were waiting for you so we could order our food. Still no drinks...... Finally got our drinks and we started playing but had lost 20 minutes. When we started our game we had 1 hour 40 minutes but we paid for 2 hours. Again. No one told us untill we had already lost 20 minutes. When we had 15 minors left she came back asking if we wanted to extend our game. I asked can we get back our 20 minutes we lost?. She then said she would check. So a manager came and told us they can't extend our game on a reservation but we could pay for more time. This was by far the worst experience we have had. I really enjoyed driving over an hour to come visit top golf. I think it will be a long while before we decide to come back and spend our hard earned money. They was not even that busy. No one was waiting on the bay after us.

However, the flyers at the Bay didn’t clearly state that booking in advance was necessary to take advantage of the free hour of gameplay. This was frustrating because I wouldn’t have signed up that day if I had known. As a result, I paid for both the membership and the gameplay, but it should have been just the latter. I assume this is by design and not clarified during the signup process. Today, when purchasing as an appetizer, I selected steak fiesta nachos. Again, it wasn’t clear that I should have selected fiesta nachos and added steak to take advantage of the Play More membership. This essentially means you’ve taken more of my money. I would seriously consider improving the signage you post when advertising this program and ensuring that the program’s stipulations are clearly communicated. Additionally, it seems that the game clock and ball tracking are inaccurate. On this visit, we arrived on time and, due to waiting at the desk, arrived at the Bay at 9:05. I purchased two hours of time, but our time should have ended at 11:05 because of the delay caused by waiting for your staff to direct us to the Bay. These sketchy business practices, coupled with the lack of transparency in the programs you advertise, are unacceptable. Furthermore, you stack people right next to each other when other bays are open.
