  I frequent Taco Bell often. Even late nights when the line is long and barely moves and I’m never upset with the service I receive. However I had a horrible experience that almost had me in tears today and the Whitesburg location. I had a mobile order and the person at the speaker couldn’t see my order??? That’s okay, technical difficulties happen. However she was very rude about the whole thing…I wanted to try to pull around and let her see my phone but she said no and I would be “Wasting her time” We sat in silence for a while after going back and forth. She offered no solutions and I asked if I could show her my phone again. The issue is resolved however I received no sympathy or an apology. It really did sting 🥺

  I went there around 4 o’clock in the evening evening Trying to get some soft taco And I couldn’t See The price clearly So I asked The person who is working about the price Of the soft tacos And she got mad and cussed me out And told me Why I cannot read it and I told her I have a problem. I can’t see clearly she said well. This is my problem and that she cannot tell me the price I went inside to ask her name. And she said she is the boss and I have to leave And I’m not welcome To get my order Just because I asked her name It’s so sad To see somebody rude like that, and probably being a manager And I told her if she don’t wanna work,or maybe she better let someone else do the job perfectly and she can stay home if she have a bad day I’m very sure I will never come back to this Location Again …. 0 % Customer service

  WORST TACO BELL IN HUNTSVILLE!!!! The workers have terrible attitudes!!! The food is never cooked right, they never season the fries, their drinks are always watered down, and their tacos are always stale. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

  I got water instead of a lemonade and I asked why was my total so high they charged us for more I asked the young lady at the window she just said yes to what I repeated to her but forgot to mention it was extra stuff I’m guessing he the supervisor he knew he made the mistake and tried to fix it and she just slide my card and said it’s to late didn’t even attempt to to refund us just kept going and my lemonade again is water down
