After a 20 minute wait in the drive through- the person at the window was rude, food was cold and forgot a straw though they said, “it’s in the bag” (very sarcastically) as she slammed the window. I only waited because I couldn’t cancel the order on the app.
Do you want food? In a timely manner? From a working fast food franchise? Well, don't come here!
This place is falling apart. Broken speakers. Understaffed. And the staff that is here won't answer you for the first ten minutes even with virtually no other customers present. And i do totally mean, they will not answer you. You can press that red button all you want for 10 minutes. Not even a "I'll be with you in a moment." IF you do get them to take your order, I hope you aren't in a rush because it'll take an unreasonable amount of time. I've been here twice in the past month and had the same issue each time.

ordered a mobile order hoping it would be faster it was not. waited 25 mins and the food came out cold. got a small tot and it wasn’t even all the way full. definitely not coming here again. this has happened a few times before and i thought maybe people are having a bad day but no it’s every single time i come.

The staff is hit or miss, the day shift seems to be a bit friendlier but night shift is AWFUL. There is one girl who works the window that has slammed the window in my face, not acknowledged or spoke to me at all despite me speaking to her.
The bathrooms are DISGUSTING. Like biohazard disgusting. The doors are covered in dirt and grime, the toilets are nasty, the floor is disgusting, the toilet paper isn’t properly put into the dispenser so it’s literally black from being touched by hands all day. The trash can was overflowing so bad that there was trash in the floor. Toilet itself was stained in the bowl.
They make you wait forever and a year at the speaker with only one car ahead of you because they can’t kept up with orders and don’t want their drive through metrics to be messed up.
The parking lot also floods SO BAD. They need to fix the drainage becuase it gets to the point where it is not safe for lower to the ground cars to pass through.
There was a guy open carrying with a holster in the parking lot that kept his pants pulled down, I waited 20 minutes after my order said it was ready via the app before I found an employee to ask about my food. There weren't other employees to ask other than the ones stuffing a private passenger vehicle with buns from the store. My drink didn't have any ice.
Edited to add- I actually had to rearrange my day on a vacation and lost a whole day of travel time because it took over an hour for me to receive the wrong food. I went back to be like, there's no ice in my drink and the guy took the drink along with my straw, dumped some of it out and added a lil ice to it to further water it down after they sat on it for 20-30 minutes, so it still wasn't a sonic iced beverage and it was further watered down and then the guy didn't even bother to give the straw back and this franchise location is trash. Go train at the Hamilton AL or Lutz Fl location to learn how to get things right, and I understand if one location needs to take supplies to a different location, but why were the employees there after seemingly robbing the store of all it's buns, burgers, and dogs then standing around a pickup truck for 30+minutes chatting and smoking? Isn't this supposed to be kept in specific temperatures for safety and maybe keeping it in a truck that's turned off in 90+ degree weather in Alabama isn't the way to maintain food safety if they're taking it to a different location?
No offer for a refund on the drink. I was so squinked out by their food safety attitudes that I didn't bother to eat the BLT. The standard rt 44 iced unsweetened tea with peach and vanilla added was too bitter to drink. It's like they don't care about how long they steep the tea on unsweetened tea. It was atrocious and no one should ever go there.
