  Atlantis and her manager are absolutely the best. They stay pretty busy and take it remarkably well. While I was being helped with an issue that was out of the normal, they treated me with kindness and humility. You get what you give out of people. They are good people and have made me have faith in sonic again. All of the crew today, may 18, 2026 greeted me with smiles and deserve raises! 😊

  They were extremely busy and what seemed to be short staffed. But the manager , male, with glasses was very friendly and helpful to the team. He was running food out with a smile helping take orders and helping in drive thru. I’m a restaurant food manager and that’s a perfect example of team work. They were busy and still polite and quick and accurate. The boy in the window was so kind even tho he was stressed doing 10 things at once. Wish they had more help because the people there are great and have potential!!!

  I had to pull off because I sat for an hour a with two toddlers in the car. my order still didn’t come out. I got out of my car and went to speak to someone and the employees just shook their heads at me. Then my wife got out to try and the girl working at the drink station asked her if she would “ like to make her own drink”. This place is the slowest, worst fast food place I’ve ever been.

  The title of "fast food" is wasted here. You'll wait 20 minutes for an order that you can see is sitting on the counter. The amount of time I've recieved a slush that isn't even mixed is asinine, but it ends up being fine because they're so melted and watered down at that point it actually makes it easier to mix. Oh, and pray if you want the correct condiments, sometimes you'll be lucky to receive anything. Why are you even going to work if you you're not even going to do your job?

  I’m not the person to leave reviews but If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I put in a mobile order and waited over 30mins for a blast and a milkshake. While waiting, I watched at least 10 cars come and leave because of the wait. I paid over $6 for a blast with extra Reese’s and when it finally came out the cup was only half full and looked like vanilla ice cream with the smallest amount of Reese’s just on top.
