  I ordered online and go there 20mins after I ordered, when I got there the 5 staff members were scrambling in the back like they were in a panic. After talking to the cashier they were backed up on orders and she told me my order just went in the oven. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER… my order was finally ready, my pizzas were cold when I got them and my wings were completely submerged in a thick paste of a sauce. I threw up everything I ate after having the food. The service was completely awful, the food made me literally sick, and was given to me cold, the atmosphere was high paced and frantic. I will NEVER eat from this place again and most likely never have Pizza Hut again since it made me throw up. Please train your staff better and look into cross contamination or the food not being cooked properly! I don’t want anyone else to get sick.

  Haven't had this since I was a kid and will never order here again. I ordered for delivery, they did not let me know that doordash was delivering my food until about 30 mins after I ordered. Would not have ordered had i known this. I checked the status and said a driver was waiting on my food. Checked again 5 mins later and said a new driver was on their way to the restaurant. Now my delivery time is past an hour of order. Can't get in touch with anyone. Will definitely never order here again.

  Waited over 12 minutes in the drive-through before anybody greeted us. I will say we enjoyed our pizza but 12 minutes??? I saw our food get put in the warming box shortly after we got there so we weren’t waiting on our food. We were just waiting for someone.

  I visited yesterday evening and witnessed a staff member - who appeared to be a manager - acting very rude to someone on the phone who was trying to order. The employee was so hostile that the customer hung up! Completely unacceptable, no one should be treated like that.

  Trash all over dining room. Waited 20 minutes to be greeted or to see anyone that works there.
