  This probably has to be the worst experience i have had. When you order your food through the drive through you wait 15 minutes then they have you pull up to another drive up window to only wait another 10 minutes. Then when you get your food it’s cold. There is no apology or even some sort of acknowledgment. Last time coming here.

  This has been my go to location for a while. Food has always seemed fresh. But when I order large fries it’s because I want fries. Never had this happen before and yes, this is before I ate any. Very disappointed.

  We went to this location on 9/24 after ordering dinner through the mobile app. We were asked to pull forward and proceeded to sit there for 20 minutes before an employee came out with an order that was not ours. We informed the employee the order was not ours and our receipt was provided to obtain our order. While waiting for our food, an employee was on a break cursing on the phone in the parking lot. Fast forward another 10 minutes, we were still sitting out there and other people were continually receiving their food. Finally, went inside to get a status on my order...only to find out nothing was happening with it so the employee at the register went to make our order based on what was written in the mobile app. While waiting, there was cursing happening from customers to employees as well as threatening violence while a family was in the dining area. I got my food, however the order was missing two items so I mentioned this. I get my missing food, no apology for the issues or the wait. I get my food to the car and the burgers had the incorrect condiments, but by that point I just left as we had been there close to 50 minutes and was at the end of my patience considering all of this was for 2 doubke cheese burfers, 1 triple cheeseburger and a fry. Obviously, if you made it this far, you know I wont be back.

  Sept 24th 2026 at 655 pm we arrived to pick up the food we ordered through the app at this location. We were asked to pull to spot 3. We waited there for 50 minutes. In that 50 minute time frame, there was a young lady (employee) screaming she didn't need a Mcdonalds job and was challenging a co- worker to come outside to fight. All the time I'm waiting on my food. My friend went in and they weren't aware we were even waiting. Where more profanity was heard through the diner. Families with small children. Clearly no management to claim accountability. Not even an apology for the wait, getting the food wrong twice, and just overall "chaos" that we experienced. Do better. We will not return.

  I wish I could give this -5 stars. Absolutely worst experience at a “FAST” food restaurant. I waited ONE FULL HOUR for my food. You may say “Well, why did you wait that long?” Here’s the answer: I had just picked up my child after a women’s event I went to. I ordered my food ahead to pick up in drive thru so I could get in and out quickly to get my child home and to bed. I waited 30-35 minutes and the line to order hadn’t even moved once (there were 3 cars in front of me). My mom, who went to the same event as me, happened to pull up behind me after 15 minutes of me being there. We ended up changing our orders to pick up at the counter, it gave us different order numbers for the change and she went inside to get both of our food. She waited 10 minutes before the manager even acknowledged her standing inside. The manager told her that our food was supposed to be picked up in the drive thru. (Well we tried that, and why make it an option to change the pickup location if it doesn’t show that) and that she was going to work on it. 10 minutes pass after that, and no food. After another 5ish minutes my food finally came out, and to my surprise, I had cold fries…. I was not about to sit and wait for fresh food. If I knew that this was going to take as long as it did, I wouldn’t have placed a mobile order and would have driven out of the way to go somewhere else. It does NOT take that long to order food and there is NO excuse that can amount to why it took that long to make food and take orders. Adding a picture to show that I got there at 9:15 and left at 10:13.
