  There was an employee who was extremely rude to my daughter over the fact that they (this location) didnt have cream to top the drink my daughter ordered, so my daughter asked what drinks could be subbed and she was rude over ir, kept saying it was the lord's day and on and on saying she hates working around entitled ppl, etc. The young lady who did handle the situation was very professional and respectful but we will not be coming to this location ever again. The rude young lady would be better suited where she wouldn't need customer service skills like a fish hatchery or assembly line work.

  The woman behind the counter putting the food up was so rude. I wasn't quick enough talking to her after they didn't have everything to make my order, she quickly got irritated and has someone else come to the counter. To which she then yelled in front of the store that I "had better lose my boss attitude or no one was going to deal with" me. Then parts of my order was missing and she was talking about how she hates Sundays because the entitled people come in. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

  we ordered on the app before we got there and were then given a milkshake we intended to take home to a family member who was not with us, but they had us wait for around 30 minutes for the rest of our order. and they forgot some of our food as well when they did give it to us. the food was also kinda cold when we got it.
