  On May 17, 2026 at around 5p I attempted to go through the drive thru (outside lane) after waiting for about a minute someone pulled up in the other lane and had her order taken. I said hello a couple of times nobody acknowledged me so I waited a few minutes pulled into curbside pickup spot 2 and ordered fries and a drink. It wasn’t busy a car or two occasionally and at times no one (-I watched and waited). I figured they felt I will come in for the fries and drink. The order showed someone was bringing it out but that didn’t happen and so I left and called the store and asked the manager who stated her name was LeeAnn to cancel my order. She stated she just arrived and was helping get things caught up and was bagging my order. I told her just cancel my order and she said I would have to go back to the app a do it. Poor service. They saw me, you can’t not see me by the drive thru lane. Where’s the accountability??? Though this restaurant is walking distance from the house I will in the future go out of my way to Madison Blvd. This location has had problems since they opened.

  If I could give no stars I would. Rude staff in the drive thru. I’m not saying you have to have full on conversations. But to just put your hand out and take my money. Food is consistently cold. And the days my food is kinda warm. It’s the wrong order! Two McGriddles I open my bag at home CHICKEN SANDWICHES. Zero effort. The reviews for this store reflect how it truly is. I can’t wait for robots to take over the fast food field.

  Slow,slow,slow. Ordered, with 1 car in front of me. That was 5 mins. Waited behind that car after ordering for 15mims. Gave up. Missed breakfast.

  I deleted my review previously for long wait times but don't even bother going after 7pm, waited a full hour for $15 worth of food. Just shut down this location.
