- ADALEX Densmore1 day ago1.0Went in to use the restroom and the door was locked with a keypad. The door has a sign stating that only customers were allowed to use it. I went to the counter and had to wait probably 5 minutes for someone to come take my order. I ordered a drink cup, asked for the restroom code and the woman proceeded to push a button on the wall behind the counter. The restroom door wouldn’t open so I notified the associate and she said to wait for the light to turn green. Stood there and waited for the door to never unlock. Tried to ask the associate again but when I returned to the counter she was gone. Another gentleman tried to use the restroom so he could wash his hands but couldn’t. You’ve lost a customer McDonald’s. Do better 👎
- JWjaylan W1 day ago2.0This location is very slow. No matter what time of day I visit the location the line ends up wrapped waiting on someone to take your order. The wait is so long just for your to get your order and everything is cold. No matter what I order it’s always cold, and everyone’s attitude is always poor. I went inside and I wasn’t too impressed by the need to ask for a code to use the restroom.

All I wanted to do was pickup my food that was already ready that I ordered in the app. The lady inside made a face and me and then ignored me. I would not have ordered here of I knew I had to sit half an hour in the drive thru afterwards.

I attempted to grab my sandwoch from the bag and I felt it get significantly ligher as the ingredients plopped to the bottom. Not worth $9, btw.
