  Placed my order through the app. When I got there, my order was missing the strawberry cream cheese pies, and they wanted me to pull up and wait around 10 minutes while the pies cooked, which would’ve made the rest of my food cold. I ended up asking for a refund. The manager wasn’t very friendly, but other than that and the pies being unavailable, the food was good.

  The food was good and the restaurant is clean, service is pretty slow around lunch time for walk in. 10-15 minute waits

  Appalling Service - Avoid This Location I placed a mobile order and arrived at around 9:00 AM, hoping for a quick, convenient breakfast. Instead, I experienced a masterclass in inefficiency and poor service. After giving my code in the drive-thru (and being told to pull forward without being offered a receipt), I waited in the line of cars. At the pickup window, they tried to give me the wrong order, then had me park in spot #4. After waiting 3 minutes, I walked inside, where I was ignored by a manager at the front counter. The employee who brought out my food (who seemed to be the only one trying) handed me an iced coffee that was completely full of coffee grounds—undrinkable. I had to wait another 3+ minutes to get the simple soda I ordered. I watched a manager walk past me twice to serve others, ignoring my request for my drink. I ordered via the app to save time, but this was the slowest experience I’ve had yet. This location fails consistently in customer service. Consumer beware!
