    This mcdonald’s never answers the first drive thru speaker! always lets about 4-7 cars on the second lane pass. i’ve sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes before. just terrible customer service and always a long wait time. Wendy’s would never!

    Slow, dirty, no one at the counter and no receipt paper in the kiosk, at least 5 other customers received incorrect orders while I was having lunch.
