  Never have I been to a McDonald's where when they miss food you ordered start yelling about how customers need to go home and stop making her day harder. I'm sorry you work in a busy location and have whatever going on in your life but have some damn decorum. People don't wanna watch you standing around and complaining about a job you chose. I didn't yell or curse or even be rude I simply went back in and said hey I'm sorry but you forgot our basket of fries. That's all. Really sad to see this I hope her day gets better.

  I ordered a Mcdouble cheeseburger this morning and there was no cheese or ketchup on the burger. Some female worker came to the window being obnoxious. The only good experience was the lady and young man at the drive thru window.

  I went to grab food really quick since I was not feeling like cooking. I placed my order and there was a lady and her kid waiting next to me inside the restaurant. She had been waiting 30 minutes for 3 meals and a happy meal. Then when she checked it they were missing three orders of chicken nuggets. Mine came out a minute later. It was completely wrong as well. I mean how do you mess up two orders back to back with the manager right there.

  Well it’s 4:57 and I’m stilling in the drive through reserved still waiting for my food. I got my receipt at 4:33 and waited even longer to get to the first window. Please note, the app does not speed things up. Base on the 20 cars that were behind me that already got their food I assume they were eating less than the 3 meals I ordered. 2 being kids meals other than was a customized Big Mac. We were able to get our drinks before being asked to get pulled up. The boy at window 2 was too busy on his cell phone to fill up our drinks though. He about handed us coffee. I’ll add a picture bc why not. Looks like the machine was running out. I’m truly concerned why it’s taking this long. Update. 4:58, lady brought our food to the window of our car. It was missing sauces and a large fry. I tried to wave the lady back down but she already threw her AirPods back in while walking back in so she couldn’t hear me. Im sure I could drive back through the drive through and ask for my large fry but likely they would ask me to come in and I can’t really do that with my autistic child in the car. Oh well, no sauce and no large fry today I guess. If McDonald’s reached out to me and made this right I’d change my review but I’m sure they won’t. Here’s my receipt. Update: I already left a review on the website, at least I get a apple pie 😂

  They directed each car in front of me to pull over, & then they told me to park in their #'d spots. So the other cars were hard to get around & then I would have had a hard time backing out as they kept pushing cars up, so I pulled diagonally covering the 1st #'d spot & the empty space beside it. There were 6 or more spaces open, & the other side had at least 4 spots. When they finally came out w/my 2 cheeseburger out 6min later, she was extremely snarky about my parking, "we expect you to pull into a #'d spot". Yes, well I expect to not have to wait so long for my food & if I'm going to, then for you to not pull this trick if moving me out of line in order to be sure the time I waited didn't count against your stats. But at least my cheeseburgers were still sloppy & cold, just like I wanted. Yep.
