  I am writing this to alert upper management to a severe lack of professionalism and operational failure at this location. On May 6th at 10:20 PM, I waited a total of 15 minutes between the drive-thru speaker and the window without being acknowledged, only to be met with blatant hostility when a staff member finally approached. The employee (a african american woman with shoulder-length curly hair) was overtly disrespectful, rolling her eyes and staring me down before dismissively claiming my mobile order didn’t exist—even after I physically showed her the digital receipt and order number on my phone. To make matters worse, two other employees stood in the background watching the interaction without offering any assistance. This level of service is unacceptable, and denying a paid order while being presented with proof is borderline fraudulent. Management needs to take immediate action regarding the conduct of this night shift before you lose more customers to this toxic and incompetent environment.

  When we received our food, all of our fries were dumped into the bag. We got the lady in the drive throughs attention and told her our fries dumped down in the bag, could she get us more fries. Idk about you but im nkt about to pick out every single fry that dropped. Anyways, she got the manager, and the manager said, "give me the bag!" And snatched the bag out of my hand. When she gave it back she had attitude and almost caused us to drop our bag of food. This was so rude and will not be back.

  We stopped by McDonald’s and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience. We originally ordered a McFlurry, but the ice cream machine wasn’t working. We then ordered two Happy Meals with extra fries and no apples (apples make my tongue itch). One meal was chicken nuggets, and the other was a cheeseburger with a frozen blue raspberry drink. When we received our order, we didn’t get the extra fries, and both meals included apples even though we requested none. The frozen drink machine also wasn’t working. On top of that, the cheeseburger was made incorrectly—it was missing the pickles and chopped onions. It also took nearly 10 minutes to get just two Happy Meals. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because the employees were very kind and apologetic throughout the whole experience.

  Not sure why it’s so hard for this location to get anything right. My fries were cold, I ordered a coke and got a diet. The only correct thing I got was my nuggets seem fresh. I get mistakes happen and whatnot but this is an ongoing issue specifically at this McDonalds.
