- RMRichard McNeil2 days ago1.0Iv'e been to many Krispy Kreme stores in numerous states, and I can only think of one other location this bad (Little Rock which eventually closed). The donuts were not fresh and when the donuts were mislabled, and when I told the lady behind the counter, there was a tense back and forth because she looked at me like I was crazy. The appropriate response should have been to thank me for pointing that out and change it.

Placed order for dozen glazed, continued waiting and proceeded to window. Only to be told they don't have any, and my options limited to "special" donuts at no special price. Was disappointed about the time it took to wait, only to be told that I couldn't even get what I wanted. One of the worst when it comes to availability of a product that carries the "name" its built on!!!!

ONLY THE SECOND TIME, DID I FINALLY GET MY REFUND. I WASTED TWO HOURS DRIVING AND NEVER GOT COMPENSATED FOR MY DRIVING TIME.

We could hardly hear the employee and then they started getting rude with us because we could not hear them and all they had made was original so we left and went elsewhere. The indoor dine in section was also closed. I understand if they were short staffed but a negative attitude doesn’t help anything.

I parked my car in front of of the building until 7:26 I went back around to the drive-thru at 7:28 the lady at the window told me it will be 10-15 minutes wait on glazed I explained that I was just told by her that it would be 30 minutes and she said the time from is now coming from a “manager “ . The doughnuts were for my daughter’s teacher for appreciation day and I had to leave without doughnuts to avoid her being late for school!! Unacceptable!! Customer service is horrible
