They are rude through the drive thru as if it’s a forced and hurried interaction. I ordered through Krispy Kreme’s website the night before, scheduled for delivery this morning at 9:15am. I received no confirmation, no updates, and no information regarding this transaction. I then went to DoorDash to order delivery around 9:20am after trying to contact the store 6 times with no answer and no way to reach a representative. My order went through DD. However, my DD driver was given the WRONG order once they showed up. They were halfway to my house and I had to message them to make sure they grabbed the right order, because the picture showed a coffee and I did not order a coffee. My DD driver drove back to the store to pick up the correct order. The driver is at fault here too for not confirming the correct order, but the store should’ve have it correct to begin with. Our order wasn’t delivered until 11am. This store has sucked for several years. Unfortunately, it’s the only Krispy Kreme in our area or else we would go somewhere else. All I wanted was to surprise my husband with donuts for Father’s Day, and instead, he got cold ones 2 hours after I had scheduled them to be delivered.

After getting back in line, I was told they no longer had the donuts I originally ordered. I asked if they could simply substitute them with whatever was available, and I was still told I had to wait another 10 minutes. At that point, I asked to cancel my order and was told I would receive an email to process the cancellation/refund, but after waiting another 25 minutes, I still had not received anything. Very disappointed with the customer service. This used to be one of the best donut places in Huntsville, but this experience was extremely frustrating. It wasn’t just the wait — it was the lack of communication and the inability to provide a simple solution for an order that had already been paid for. I hope they improve their customer service and how they handle online orders in the future.

I arrived around 7:30am preparing to order 2 dozen (1 OG glazed, 1 assorted), they were out of the majority of the assorted saying they only had left overs from the night before and were completely out of the OG. Asked if I could wait 10 minutes, which I didnt have a problem with, then waited almost 45 minutes before anyone came back to the window. Its not just isolated to this time, it is ALWAYS like this at the N Memorial Pkwy location. I prefer to go out of my way to Kay's Dounuts.
