    Without a lot of detail: On 28 August approximately 1:30 PM we went to this location. The skinny white young man that took our order literally had no personality or customer service skills. No acknowledging the customer, lots of negative attitude and the personality of cardboard. So let’s refer to him as “Mr. Personality” moving forward (but I digress). Moving on …. He didn’t care if we were there or not. We ordered and went to get our drink. I choose ice tea. Taking a drink I found it had been brewed with lots of sugar. When I brought this to the employees attention he came over stating that I may have poured the wrong tea. I didn’t. The one mark “sweetened” I did not pour from. The one next to it did not have a label and like every fast food location is usually “unsweetened “. It wasn’t. It had lots of sugar in it. Sugar makes me ill. Mister personality came over and when I explained what happened he tried to tell me that that opposite tank was unsweetened. It wasn’t and I explained the missing label. He simply rushed off and didn’t try to help me to include giving me another cup. Neither did any of the other employees. As we sat to eat he, nor any of the other employees came to rectify the situation. They simply ignored it and went about doing very little. Leaving both sugary tanks sitting there so some other customer would make themselves ill. I wonder how they are treating sanitation, food, etc. I think the health department needs to look at this place very closely.

    I eat at this Jimmy John’s several times a year and this is the first time I have had an issues with my order. I ordered a Chicken Cesar wrap with no tomato. I think since I asked for no tomato whoever made my wrap made the decision to add onion. I don’t like onion and didn’t know that I also had to say no onion since this wrap doesn’t call for onion according to their menu.

    Staff was exceptionally friendly, food was very well made, not sure why this store has such a bad rating, definitely one of the better ones I’ve eaten at in a long time

    I really, REALLY wish Jimmy John’s would stop outsourcing their deliveries through Uber Eats. This is not the first time an order has arrived that’s been missing things, whether it be a drink or a side. The restaurant said they can’t do anything about it without refunding the entire order, but they can give me a credit to use when I make a phone order (which I don’t do). Either hire more drivers or make it harder for the Uber Eats driver to mess up.
