  Food is good, love the patio. Their wings are really good as well, waited a while till the newness wore off so I could actually try it in a relaxed setting. Service was good had a good waiter he was really nice, wait was not crazy either. Enjoyed my dinner there. I like that they have plenty of options for sides even multiple types of different fries, it's nice to have options.

  What happened? I have never had a bad experience here till tonight. I suppose I can't complain about the prices as everything is expensive these days but it was $50 for two to-go wing orders, 20 traditional and six boneless, fries and coleslaw. I was told 15 minutes for it to be ready but I gave them an extra 10 minutes and the food was still not ready. After receiving it and driving home we realized that the fries were inadvertently left out of the order. Cleveland, the manager this evening, offered to comp me some fries at my next visit. I don't know, I feel like after the wasted time and frustration it should have been a little bit more than that. Maybe a burger. I just ended up driving back and the fries were soggy, the wings were cool and chewy. My 15-year-old son who can normally consume anything gave up after several bites. An overall lackluster experience.

  So grateful to have Jefferson’s so close to home. It’s never failed us and we haven’t gotten tired of it yet! Great food and great servers. Even when they’re busy, they still always have it together.

  I love Jefferson’s and I frequent all the locations in my area but the one on Winchester I frequent it the most , because when you have employees like Kylie they just keep you wanting to come back

  Great atmosphere and great waiters, but the food is overrated and too expensive. I don’t normally make bad reviews, but the food was not good at all and for the price you would’ve thanked the food would be more flavorful. The wings were kind of dry. The oysters weren’t very flavorful as well. It’s like they barely put any Cajun seasoning on it. I haven’t tried any other food there, but just giving people heads up the wings and the oysters are overrated, especially the wings. They’re too expensive for not to be flavorful.
