  I went through the drive-thru here the other evening and ordered the three-piece chicken snack with chicken fingers and fries. I asked for no seasoning on the fries because they normally put more seasoning and salt on them than I prefer. I had to wait a little while, which I assumed was because they were making fresh fries. The fries were fresh and didn’t have all the extra seasoning, which I appreciated. However, when I got home, there were barely any fries in the box—less than a handful. The chicken fingers were the biggest disappointment. The outside and edges were so hard that I ended up tearing parts of the breading off just to eat them. They tasted like they had been sitting for quite a while. If I hadn’t had honey mustard to dip them in, I probably wouldn’t have eaten them. If I go back, I definitely won’t order the chicken fingers again. Fresh fries were a plus, but for what I paid, I expected a reasonable portion of fries and chicken that wasn’t hard and dried out.

  I went to the wall Triana location in Madison Alabama at 9:07am Labor Day. I ordered a delux breakfast with a Carmel ice coffee and one hot coffee. Told them i wanted cream and sugar on the side. The lady at the drive through said it already comes with cream and sugar. I said hot coffee comes with cream and sugar? She said yes and I drove around. When I got the window they handed me my mail with two ice coffees. I told the enormous sized yt lady that I ordered one hot and she literally argued with me. I looked at my mom and said I’m sorry can we PLEASE exchange it out. The lady looks at me and said yes.. Rolled her eyes and when I tried to give it to her said we can’t take it back. The manager then says take it back I will tell you why later. Way to ruin my Labor Day weekend . Trolls.

  Had to wait at the speaker literally no exaggeration 10 min before my order was taken. They need more staff and learn how to serve chicken fingers that are not cold and old
