I place a pickup order and end up waiting 30 mins because the girl behind the oven decided she was going to re-make all the pizzas coming off the hot-rack. Store manager (tall woman with the glasses) disappeared during a dinner rush. Nice leadership. Good luck to their employees, I feel sorry for them

Said they had one driver and to give them another 30mins or so. It finally arrived around 11:15. And it was cold. If they had of been upfront we would have set expectations or at least had the option to order from somewhere else. Should not have to pay full price for cold 2.5 hr pizza.
