    I don’t know why even bother. I said I wasn’t going to give this location my business, but it’s the closest to my house. After months of refusing to order here, I was hopeful there would be a change. Nope. My spinach and feta pizza with chicken was dry. No sauce. Just toppings and bread with no Alfredo sauce. The other two were okay. The last time I contacted corporate and I was just referred back to the store. At this point, I’m just wasting money. Never again!

    Consistently makes trash pizza pies and always gets my toppings wrong. Most recently bought an ultimate pepperoni pizza with bacon to receive a bacon only pizza and a Philly cheesesteak pizza topped and sauced 2 inches from the edge. But they are always nice. I’d rather them be rude and get my order right! Forever lost me as a customer! Best thing about this location is that Marco’s opened up in the same plaza so they don’t have to worry about my business anymore.

    I’ve been on the phone for 5 hours trying to receive 2 waters I’m missing with my order. This store has lied multiple times saying that they are on the way and eventually just flat out told me that they will not be delivering the waters. I’m not sure how you get away with stealing and lying but it’s a real concern that I paid for something and they are refusing to deliver.

    Use to be great. Now they are slow and rude. Ordered a pick up order. Show after the estimated time only to be told it would be another 15 - 20 mins. This makes over three times this has happened. I am done with them. If they would reflect the actual times in the app it would not be that bad. But when I order and it says 15-20 mins only to get there at 20 and be told that it will be another 15 mins.

    This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Our order took over an hour, and during that time the staff repeatedly gave us inaccurate updates about our food. We were told multiple times it was almost ready, only to later find out it hadn’t even been made correctly. When we finally received the order, it was wrong. It was supposed to be a specialty pizza, but what we were given was not what we ordered. At first, staff said they would make it right and give us a replacement for free. Then they changed their story and said it would cost $5. When we calmly asked for the originally promised resolution, the staff became visibly frustrated and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. We also asked for the general manager’s name and were told “Tess,” though based on past experiences where complaints and even safety concerns have gone unanswered, it’s hard to feel confident that any follow-up will actually happen. What was most concerning was seeing practices that didn’t feel appropriate from a food safety standpoint, including being asked to accept food that appeared to have been handled or opened. This experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hope management takes a serious look at both customer service and store practices.
