  This is place is ridiculous. We waited two hours on three pizzas to be delivered when it was stated30 minutes. Once we called a man was very rude and hung up on us saying he has to get back to making pizza. This is ridiculous and we will never ever use them again. I hope corporate see this so they can handle these issues

  I have been going here for years. Even during Covid lockdown they were consistently decent. However the past year they have been on the downhill slide. Longer and longer wait times and their quality really has slipped the past few months. I recently ordered cinnamon bread twists and they barely had any cinnamon sauce on them. I had to improvise with something I made at home. If I had wanted to cook, I wouldn't have ordered Domino's. *5/12(7:20)This week was the final straw. I ordered a pan pizza. There was a pile of wet, soggy, cold topping in the Middle and 3 inches of puffy crust. Yuck! I am done with this place. Pizza Hut is down the road and I'm going there. Get it together, Domino's!

  Ordered a pizza for carryout late afternoon on a Saturday. After an hour, app says pizza is ready. Arrived at the store to pick it up and was told the order had not been started. Won't be back.

  The manager Angela at this store is extremely rude very unprofessional and doesn't want to do her job.I will not be ever ordering here again she should be reported to customer service

  Placed an order at dominos on Jeff Road at 1:37 pm online I specifically put on my online order extra pizza sauce and just so happen a relative of mine placed an order for the same pizza just with onions added and no extra pizza sauce the pizza is ready at 2:09pm the guy hands us the pizzas and when I check my pizza it looks exactly the same as my relatives order … so I tell the guy to get his manager (Angela ) and she tells him it has it on there I finally go inside with my relative so they can see both pizzas and the lady tells me well I can make you another one and it’s going to oook exactly the same .. when I specifically asked for extra pizza sauce .. I finally told her to just give Me a refund she was not friendly or helpful at all .. IF his pizza doesn’t”5 have extra sauce on it and mine looks the exact same obviously you didn’t add it and just made it to get it mad e my order number was #556 and his was #573
