  Honestly the first time I’ve had a good Chipotle experience in years. My favorite location is in Montgomery so I am unable to get it very often. Of course, I always go right as they open in the mornings but the food and portions have always been great!

  Next time I want a chicken quesadilla, I will make it at home because it will have way more flavor than Chipotle's. This was my first and last time coming here. My tortilla was stuck to the foil and wripped when trying to open my quesadilla. Also, I asked for no chips but instead a side of queso but I got a bag of chips and no queso. Mind you, I was charged for the queso. Parking was also horrible. Very displeased.

  The employee was chewing food while preparing my order and kept putting her hand on her mouth then touching my food. While rolling my burrito the tortilla ripped and fell apart and she continued to try to wrap it and serve to me with everything falling out of it. I had to ask the cashier for it to be rolled again

  They need to redo their grand opening cause they really don’t have their stuff together at this location. Every time I’ve come it’s been a mess. All the customers are upset about the long wait times. Only 1 person working the line while 10 people are in line and the manager is texting behind the podium. Also out of so many ingredients.

  Horrible portions of food. I understand it was a busy night, September 19th, 2026 around 7:45PM. But as I stood there waiting for my prepaid mobile order to be made, I watch the “buffet” counter where other customers were getting their orders made, and I watched the workers have to FORCE the lids down on those people’s orders because of the major portions of food they had in their bowls. This is unacceptable, this amount of food in our bowls is not even half of a normal portion that you would usually get at any chipotle location. I am reaching out first thing in the morning for a refund. I should NOT have paid $40 for 2 bowls with 10 bites each. Ridiculous. Only way you keep customers coming back is making sure it’s a restaurant worth their time to spend their money at. I love chipotle but honestly this is criminal, ESPECIALLY for a chipotle that’s only been open for little over a month.
