  Normally coming to this chipotle I worry because of customer service but the person named ocean who served us was amazing will come back just for them!!!

  I came by there one night and the assembly line looked soo gross, I turned around, and walked out. I didn't order anything. I was grossed out. I mean food all over the assembly line. Guacamole was brown 🤢 and splattered on the assembly line, along with queso splattered on the assembly line. Trash all over the floor, behind the counter- where the employees were. I've never seen a chipotle that looked that bad, nasty, and filthy. I went there at night. The employees looked extremely tired and looked like they didn't wanna be there. I was not about to let them make my food being that tired and the assembly line looking gross and unappetizing.

  This restraunt gave me and my girlfriend the worst case of food poisoning we’ve ever had, I won’t get into the details but it was coming out of both ends simultaneously. The food was also chewy and not worth the experience

  I stopped going here completely because the service is consistently terrible no matter what time of day you go. They move slow even when it's busy and they will stand around and talk to each other and not work even when there's a line to the door! And they're always running out of something. I stopped going for a while and went back and it was the same nonsense with different faces. I will continue to drive to Madison to the better chipotle.

  I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch today and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The food line and serving area were noticeably dirty, and several items appeared to be poorly stocked. When I ordered chicken, I was told, “You have to order that online. We don’t have chicken.” I have never been told at any Chipotle location that chicken was only available through online ordering. When I asked if I could wait for more chicken to be prepared he told me no and I asked another employee and the employee reluctantly went to the online order station and provided only a few small pieces of chicken. What was most disappointing was the overall attitude of the staff. The employee serving us was rude and dismissive, and the rest of the team appeared to be standing around talking while a line of customers waited and food items remained unavailable. Between the dirty environment, lack of food preparation, poor customer service, and unprofessional atmosphere, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. I hope management addresses these issues, as this location does not reflect the standards customers expect from the brand.
