    Nearly the whole front staff is rude, will leave you standing there without greeting you and we'll just ignore you like you're nonexistent. I've never been to another store and been treated that way.

    I have been to this CFA three times in the drive thru and they have screwed up my order on two of them. This is truly pathetic that a brand new CFA can be screwing up this badly already. CFA has gone downhill over the last several years. If you get food from the drive thru, do not leave without checking what you got first

    Have been to this one 3 times. All 3 something has been wrong with our order. Today I ordered an egg white grill with spicy chicken and they gave me a normal one. I had to repeat myself to the lady taking the order. She just marked down a regular one and went on her way. The standards are not as high at this location. The runner was very friendly tho.

    This is my favorite CFA location. They have a lot of young people working there but they’re always so kind and courteous. I often order my food with alterations and it’s always correct. The lobby stays clean and there’s always an employee out there offering to serve.

    This is a new Chick-fil-A so I want to try and give them a pass, but just to be honest this is the worst one I've ever been to. I had to check 3 times to make sure I wasn't at Popeyes. I went there at lunchtime on a weekday. The drive thru line at this location is typical of their dumb new way of doing it, where the left lane is for drive up traffic and wraps around the building and the right lane is for app orders and is completely empty. Unlike other Chick-fil-As though, rather than the usual gang of people taking orders there was a single solitary person and that person was S L O W. Like, the truck behind me was honking level of slow. When have you ever heard that at a Chick-Fil-A? Anyway, you go around to the order pickup area and again instead of the usual mob of people handing out orders, there is just one person. Now, there are 5 people standing in the doorway looking at their phones and chatting, but only one person handing out food. She asks me my name twice, shouts out my name for my order to the people standing around, and then goes in and gets it herself. My drink is the wrong size, so I ask her to remedy that and she does. Then I get ready to leave and the car in front of me that has pulled forward to wait on their order isn't far enough forward so I can't pull out. The whole line has to wait for that person to get their order. I have 2 kids so I eat at Chick-Fil-A a whooole lot and I've eaten at them all over the southeast. This was easily the slowest and most poorly run example I've ever come across. I hope they either get new management or that Corporate comes down hard on them, because this location is really giving the franchise a bad name. I can get slow service and the wrong order next door at Wendy's, you know?
