As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- SHShamelia Hudson2 days ago1.0The service is ridiculous here. They're always short staffed, long waits, and rude. They have a sign at drive- thru stating the speaker is down and come to the walk. I do exactly that and they act as if I'm not even standing at the window. A customer pulls up to the drive-thru window and they take their order instead of mine even though I was already there patiently waiting. I addressed it and they had the attitude.

- RJrodny jonesApr 27, 20261.0Simply terrible!! The guy on the cash register was wearing a tank top and sweatpants that hung so low that they exposed the upper five or six inches of his underwear. After paying for my food he told me to pull over to the line on the other side of the building. I finally got my food, after waiting for over twenty minutes, and went back to work. After a few bites of my Baconzilla, I noticed that there was no bacon on the burger. After another couple of bites, I realized it was under cooked and still pink on the inside. I did not finish the food for fear of becoming ill. I will not be back!

I got irritated at the computer because it kept talking while we was trying to figure out what to eat. Then, after we paid for our food. The guy told us that we will have to circle around to the other side where my passenger will get the food. When there is someone at that window but they was on drivers side. We was wondering why and who came up with that idea. We said we will not go there again.
