  I had an outstanding experience with Dominique Watkins at Charleys Philly Steaks. Even though this is a mall food court location, Dominique went above and beyond with her professionalism and customer service. She handled everything quickly, stayed positive during the rush, and made sure orders were accurate and fresh. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in how the location is run. Great attitude, strong leadership, and excellent service like that deserve recognition. Employees and managers like Dominique are a big reason people keep coming back.

  i was indecisive with my food order and the cashier was very patient even after i changed my mind multiple times and the cherry on top is man they gave me a dollar off when i was 55 cent short 😭😭 5 star them

  Would love to tell you how the food is but when I got there at 7:25 I was told they were closed... they had food on the grill for either a different customer or themselves but wouldn't take my order. If I owned this franchise I would Def be hiring better people that at least work until the mail starts clearing out... a lot of money lost there...
