You can really tell the ingredients are high quality, and I love how customizable everything is. The staff was friendly, quick, and made the whole process easy. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming too. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something healthy that still tastes amazing. Highly recommend!

The tables and chairs were perfectly clean--just not as comfy as a softer booth. However, the food was so delicious, I hardly noticed. The price was very reasonable, $15, including unusual drinks and regular, with free refills! If you haven't tried Cava, I would highly recommend it, lunch or dinner!
- KPKathy PhamApr 20, 20262.0I’ve been here a couple times, and they almost always get my order wrong everytime. I ordered it today and got none of the dips I ordered with my food. Previously, I ordered a bunch of toppings and they didn’t give me most of them. Then the experience before that, we had a girl who continuously messed up me and my friend’s order. She put lamb in my friend’s when I wanted lamb, I wanted garlic dressing and she put skhug instead, we wanted to pay separately, which we stated many times before, and she put it all in one. The Madison one is better, I don’t understand what’s going on at this location but I’ve had numerous bad experiences here in the past two months. I’ve noticed that they’re typically understaffed so I’ve been trying to be understanding, but the amount of times they’ve messed up my bowl is crazy.
