  My husband, myself, and our infant popped in for a quick to go order Friday night around 7/8pm, and we clearly walked in on a short staffed disgruntled crew. The portions were meager, the employees were tense, and customers were walking out. One male employee (light skin black man with short hair) was exceptionally hostile. He refused to greet us, didn’t want to answer our questions, and gave us extremely small portions out of pure laziness. He kept banging the serving spoon down so hard to the point that it was scaring my child. He was talking loudly about them getting a negative review. The entire time I was wondering where is the manager on a Friday night? You have employees throwing tantrums and being emotional terrorists to customers. This is what is allowed to work here? If he had said sorry we’re short staffed or we’re having a rough night, we would’ve been more than understanding. And don’t bother trying to get in touch with a live person on the phone to speak to management. No one answers. Whoever is managing this place needs to go.

  I come here often, and the experience is consistently great. The restaurant is always clean, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is always fresh. I’ve honestly never received anything that tasted off or wasn’t up to standard. Ryland also had a great attitude and genuinely stood out to me. It’s employees like that who make a good experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite CAVA locations

  My sister asked if the stuff she was getting in her bowl was spicy. The worker told her no. It was, so she spoke with the manager about exchanging it for something else. At first they put a sauce on it saying it would take the heat down. It didn't. She spoke with the manager again. He told her she had to get in the long line to get them to remake her food. He should have had it made right away because she did try to make sure it was not spicy. Do better!

  I have tried to reach out to the store via phone. However, no one answers. I placed a pickup order and proceeded to wait additional time after my order should have been ready. The person in charge walked by, stopped with his back turned to me, and apologized to the other ladies for their wait. My food finally came out and when I get back to my desk, I see they have given me the wrong order. I’m highly annoyed as I tried to call the store and no one answers.

  My husband and I came here on a Tuesday late afternoon (August 11th), roughly around 3:30 pm. The restaurant was extremely slow, we were amongst four of the only customers inside. It took us three minutes to be serviced, or let alone acknowledged. The woman who was working up front was mumbling under her breath as she refilled sauces, venting and clearly agitated about something. She left momentarily, and when she returned, she slammed a utensil onto the counter. She walked in front of us, and simply stared at us with a problematic expression. She didn’t even say a single word. We felt we inconvenienced her just because we wanted some food. My husband and I decided to go elsewhere. The service here needs some serious help. We were excited to eat here, as it had been a while. But it seemed no one was interested in taking care of us.
