  Food was good but can not say it was the best I have ever had. However, I do not go out to eat just for the food, if that was the case I would have just had take out. I go out to eat for the experience, akin to going to the cinema. And like a movie, this place entertained me beyond my appetite. The servers were lively and quick (I think one of the guys was named Jake) and the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. Jake was very helpful navigating the menu as well, which was very appreciated since I lost my glasses climbing rocks the other day; silly me! Come for the food, but stay for everything else.

  Dining at Carrabba's was an absolute delight, largely thanks to Jake, whose service was so incredibly polished and attentive, he truly *sauce-ceeded* all expectations and made our evening *pasta-tively* perfect! From the moment we sat down, he ensured our experience was smooth, making every moment feel exquisitely catered. Jake didn't just serve us; he orchestrated a symphony of hospitality, anticipating our needs before we even knew we had them. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor were truly a 'pizza' heaven, leaving us feeling incredibly well-cared for and thoroughly impressed. Jake is, without a doubt, a shining star and a true asset to Carrabba's!

  I just bought a one way ticket to flavor town…and I never want to leave. Expressive flavors, a magical atmosphere, and my favorite waiter of all time, Jake! A man who delivers impeccable service and is willing to satisfy me in any way necessary. He is such a sweet man and honestly quite attractive. One time I lost my dog and he whipped me up some steaming hot Stromboli to make me feel better. Jake even took care of my kids after when I had to work the late shift! Will be coming back to Carrabba’s for the food, but will be staying for Jake!

  Had a really great experience with the car side pickup at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Kennedy was the one helping us and she was honestly amazing. She brought the order out super fast, was really polite, and made sure everything was correct before we left. Even though it was busy, she still had a great attitude and made the whole pickup process smooth and easy. Customer service like that really stands out nowadays. Definitely appreciate how kind and professional she was, and we’ll definitely be ordering from here again because of the experience she gave us.

  Had an amazing interaction with Kennedy at Carrabba’s tonight! She brought our food out to the car super fast, greeted us with a big smile, and was genuinely kind and welcoming. Instead of just handing us the food and leaving, she actually chatted with us, made sure we had everything we needed, and really cared about making our experience great. This experience was WAY better than our past visits. Usually, the staff just brings the food out without much interaction, like they’re just trying to get through the shift. But Kennedy brought so much positive energy and made us feel valued and appreciated. Just being friendly and engaging made such a difference! She was one of the nicest employees I’ve met at any restaurant in a while (service has NOT been the same post Covid). Carrabba’s is lucky to have someone like Kennedy on their team. I’ll definitely be back, and I really hope we get Kennedy next time! I would also like to note that the food was EXCELLENT tonight! We haven’t been in a while because of the service (which is why we chose to go) and the food was great! I got the chicken Bryan and my wife got the salmon! Both were cooked perfectly. Good job Carrabba’s! 👍
