The order was delivered by Door Dash, but I called the store and the Manager Mae answered phone and I explained what happened and she more than apologized, she sent an employee from the store to deliver the items and gave me more than what was required. I called her back to thank her for doing more than making it right. I wished every fast food restaurant had someone like Mae managing them. She restored my confidence in the store she manages. The biscuit was dry, the chicken tenders tasted old, and the fries were stale. The pink lemonade was literally the best part of the whole meal, and I ended up dropping that when I got home 🤦🏾♂️. What really bothers me is that somebody working there had to know that food wasn’t fresh and still felt comfortable serving it to a paying customer. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh food, but don’t charge me full price and hand me old food like it’s acceptable. Bojangles used to be my favorite, but y’all gotta do better.

Bojangles will definitely become a weekly experience :) The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming it was better than a 5 star restaurant service.
