  Extremely poor service at night, our overall wait was about 50 minutes. Ordered ahead on the app, then was asked to pull around. We proceeded to watch everyone else get their order ahead of us. We also could see an employee sitting on his phone in the lobby the entire time. We had to loop around to the drive thru to be handed the order I saw sitting on the counter from when we were waiting. I recommend avoiding this location.

  Hello!! I just need to brag on the PHENOMENAL SERVICE myself and our church group received yesterday while eating lunch. There were only 3 employees in the restaurant and like 20 of us! The cashier JB did an AMAZING job! As well as the other 2 employees. We were treated with respect, she was very polite and did not fold under pressure. You don't find good customer service much anymore, but we got it from Arbys! Thank you so very much.

  Visited this location yesterday i took my mother that has dementia she absolutely loved JB. We visit this location every sunday after church, absolutely amazing service do recommend

  I ordered on the app and it said my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I waited in the drive thru for 37 minutes only to hear that they gave my order away! Finally got it, and the beef & cheese they gave me was drowned in cheese, I ordered a regular beef sandwich!

  The manager is a joke. Does nothing but walk around doing nothing while customers wait 20 min or more for 3 regular roast beef. No one ahead of me and no one in drive thru. 20 min wait. 4 employees standing talking about cars and welfare checks while I wait on basic food that was already prepared. Awful restaurant and pitiful employees!!! Do not eat here!!!
