    Tried the sliders and they were very good. The bread was soft, the meat was flavorful, and everything came out fresh and hot. It was a simple order but done well, and it hit the spot more than expected. Service was quick and the staff kept things moving even when it was busy. A solid, reliable stop if you want something fast, filling, and consistent.

    I watched a customer come in and throw his fries at the employee with black hair behind the front counter along with yelling at them as she was trying to explain something to him,if I was her I'd press charges against him,this happened on june 19th,I honestly feel bad for customer service workers these days. She was very sweet when I was being served at the drive thru after having to watch her being assaulted and yelled at.

    Rude, made our doors with a tiny bit of cheese. Called and explained issue and what time my husband went through the drive thru to pick it up. Lady got smart on phone and said she had no orders for that item. Said it was online and got through the drive through. She kept arguing. Phone was on speaker. I heard every word. My husband said he will just come up there with receipt. She was yelling at him over phone. He went up there and showed receipt. She said “you said it was drive thru.” He said no it was online and I picked it up through drive through. She still said she wasn’t remaking it. Threw his fries at him. Emailed corporate and said if they don’t do something, he will file assault charges. Totally unprofessional. All on camera. I will get a lawyer. Very disappointed in lack of customer service when called and showed up. Do better. Had white lady with black hair. June 19, 827 pm online order.

    The food was mediocre but my primary complaint is with the guy who took our order and accepted our money at the drive-thru window. After accepting our money, he told us to drive around to the front of the building and he would bring the food out. It was not a polite request, it was a command. I understand he is trying to cheat the window timer as his manager probably encourages so the reports look good but there was no one behind me in line so I stayed where I was. After walking away from the window assuming that I would follow his command, he realized that I had not moved and returned 20 seconds later to command me in a stronger voice to park in the front of the building. I explained that I would wait until another car came up behind me and he closed the window stepped away, and was talking to other employees then walked back to the window and angrily stared me down through the window until another car pulled in behind me. He brought our sack of crappy food to the car with that annoyed and angry disposition after about 5 minutes of us waiting in the parking spot in front of the building. I guess he was offended that a customer pulled up and actually made him do his job. I don't know why fast food operators put up with employees like this! I guess he is the new face of Arby's.
