  Had lunch here but it was a a big mistake. I dined in and ordered a simple half pound sandwich with a lemonade with fries. The woman gave me a blank stare and said it would be extra because I wanted non sugar free lemonade I said it’s fine go forward with it then I paid with a large bill and they said to go next door to Waffle House and get change for smaller bills. After I ordered my order came out wrong it was a smaller sandwich with cheese and some other sauces oh well I tried it anyways and it was awful then I brought it back to counter and explained it wasn’t what I ordered. The whole time a employees kid was roaming the restaurant with toys and food scattered everywhere it made me feel uncomfortable dining in there and thus Arby’s could not even get a simple order correct asked for my name 3 times and had to repeat order just to get it wrong in the end. Beware.

  Me & my brother tried the Angus Cheesesteak, Drinks, & Orange Cream Shakes, me was White Cheddar Mac 'N Cheese, my brother was the Fries for our tastes of our experiences & itcwas all good & it's our first time to dine in this Shields Rd. location in Huntsville, AL.

  I just to want to take a moment to shout out two amazing employees: Chelsea and Tara! They are always kind and attentive. My order has never wrong with these ladies! Keep up the good work!
