  I’m not sure who took my order the other day, as I have never seen her before, she seemed to be a manager of some kind, long blonde hair, blue eyes, and super short shorts, but the way she was talking to the baristas who I do know and I love and see every day, was unacceptable. Every barista on that shift looked scared for their life and extremely unhappy, which seemed to follow this one woman. She was looking at all the cars in the line, and instead of taking orders she decided that moving around the signs and taking a video of them was a better use of her time and when she finally did decide to take orders, she was super fake and seemed irritated to be there at all.

  Service was awful today, waited on the right side for almost 10 minutes behind one car, I usually go to Chic Fil A for a sandwich and a coffee, and thought I'd stop by get a 7 brew then go get a sandwich, no time for that today. The left side had 4 cars go through before I got my 1 drink order. Not sure if I will go back to this location. Athens and Madison locations have much better service.

  Was really fun to come when first opened up, but lately the welcoming friendly attitude is gone. Also routinely not getting orders correct, in particular when expecting whip cream and drizzle on it. Also slow at filling This is evening crew on way home too.

  I went to 7brew this morning and I had an amazing experience with a women named Emily, I forgot her last name I think she it starts with the letter “C” when I asked her. She was very friendly, and very nice to me and my husband. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future. The drinks that me and my husband got were amazing, and very tasty as well.
