  Been to 7 brew a million times and have never been told they couldn't make my order because they can't split their milks because they're not allowed to add comments to your order. In fact I've never been told that by any coffee shop ever. I've been obsessed with 7 brew over the past 8 years but if this is the new norm, I'm over the hype.

  I ordered a Large cookie butter frozen coffee. I got a child sized one. Then when they got my Large, it just tastes like frozen coffee. No whip, no drizzle, no other flavors. Almost $17.00 for a bland frozen coffee.

  The male manager from opening shift on 8/24 was rude. He walked up to my car and asked “what’s the problem?” when I inquired about a discount they usually offer. I asked if they still offer it and he just stared at me then said “Whatever” and waved his hand to the barista to apply it as he walked away. Very awkward situation for me and the barista. Plus he never answered my question. You should treat your customers and employees with respect.

  I’ve never been to seven brew before today. This sweet girl I talked to, Dell, had a great recommendation and it might be my new favorite drink! She was so kind and patient, I will be back!!

  I love Del everytime I go she serves with a big smile and she’s always so energetic and helpful. I always get 11/10 experience when she takes my order and my drinks are always spot on if she recommends anything. Especially with promos, if there’s any new promos Del always lets me know about the. I’m a forever customer!
