  Spent $80 and order was completely wrong. Ordered cantina chicken taco and had no chicken. Ordered multiple soft tacos and was missing some of them. Barely any meat in the Doritos tacos. I found wood pulp in my cantina bowl. This location is a joke. Management and their employees should do better. It’s unacceptable to have wood in someone’s food and be missing multiple items with how expensive it is. I have gone to this location many times and items that contain meat, was forgotten by the employee.

  I’m a doordasher. Had a pickup at 9:30 and the line was in the road! Had to cancel… unfortunately I got another pick at 12:30am..there were only two ppl in line…. I’m still here now

  This james Watkins i ordered the 10 piece crispy nuggets and I got a 3 piece instead and on the triple crunch was bad lettuce that was 46 bucks wasted

  I really don't even understand how this location in Hueytown Alabama is still operational. The drive-thru is absolutely useless because the employees are constantly telling you that it's closed. Last night, February 28th for instance. I said well is the Lobby closed? The girl with the window said no but it's going to take a long time if you come inside to get your order. To the customer that tells me that you do not want my business. You are encouraging me not to order anything from this restaurant. Maybe it's a management thing because I've come face-to-face with her in the past and it wasn't pretty. It's an embarrassment to our area and a bigger disappointment for loyal customers.
