  Went to Hueytown,Alabama location. Poor customer service and no sense of urgency from corporate office. I went to this location for snacks & got charged two extra charges. This occurred on 06/30/26. Manager/shift lead advised me they were having issues with POS machine. On my bank ledger I have transactions for $23.85 & $7.44 that shouldn’t have happened. They should’ve had signs posted POS down or CASH ONLY. Sonic Drive-In is this how you run your business and how you want your brand represented. Will not patron any more of your locations.

  I waited 45 minutes for my order and when I talked to them they said me if is still needed my order. And it took them even longer to bring my order

  This was THE most disgusting refresher i have ever had. I gave sonics new mago peach refresher a try and it was HORRIBLE. Literally just water and carbonation. This location has really gone down hill with the drinks and food.
