  Tldr; I just gotta know why you got 4 people inside working, 2 cars outside, 1 person in the drive through and somehow it took almost an hour to get two drinks. Did an online order, sat and waited after checking in at the stall for almost 30 minutes. After we finally went through the drive through to get the drinks they didn't even have the right order. What are you even getting paid for..

  I made the mistake of going here for 99 cents corn dog day. It appears they just cooked a million corn dogs and they didn't care if they had sat for hours. It's discouraging because in this economy a small deal means a lot. I'm disappointed because I'm certain that when the employees eat a meal while on their break, it's not soggy or cold. I wish people would get back to treating people like they'd like to be treated. Horrible experience

  Standard Sonic. Food is good for what it is. The staff is pleasant, just not enough of them.

  Went to Hueytown,Alabama location. Poor customer service and no sense of urgency from corporate office. I went to this location for snacks & got charged two extra charges. This occurred on 06/30/26. Manager/shift lead advised me they were having issues with POS machine. On my bank ledger I have transactions for $23.85 & $7.44 that shouldn’t have happened. They should’ve had signs posted POS down or CASH ONLY. Sonic Drive-In is this how you run your business and how you want your brand represented. Will not patron any more of your locations.
