  Pick up.a called.in order waited over 20 minutes before the staff acknowledge standing at register, look up.at my way several times, then finally we get pizza, we order regular crust half pepperoni , half sausage, the sausage was never cooked not even heated, just placed on top, it wasn't hot, it was just a lazy unreal deal, worst than 5 Points area location, we thought changing locations would be better, but it got " Worst" !! So we're "Done" with Pizza at the Hut, sad generation thats working preparing food. now.is terribly Sad..the wings were as always great!! I hope theybrealize and train them better👀👌

  My love for pizza grows more and more every time I come to the Hueytown's location. The manager is super sweet, helpful, and attentive to her customers. The pizzas always look like the advertisement.

  "The sky is Blue and Jesus loves you" The quote the nice lady in pizza hut stated that prompted my comment! Everyone at this location is always so kind and if there is ever an issue that fix it with no hesitation! Thank you guys for your great customer service!

  Friendly environment. Food is fresh! The two ladies at the counter are always welcoming and kind and work to resolve any issues. My experience at this location has truly changed over the years! 1000% recommend

  am always so impressed with the wonderful service and great food, but what truly makes this place special is the people—especially the manager, Lori! Lori is absolutely wonderful. She is always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She has an amazing way of making you feel like more than just a customer. She remembers people, knows them by name, and always takes the time to say hello and make you feel appreciated. That kind of personal attention is so rare these days, and it makes such a difference. The food is consistently great, the service is excellent, and you can tell that Lori truly cares about her customers and the experience they have. She is the kind of manager who makes you want to keep coming back. Great food, great service, and an exceptional manager. Lori is truly one of a kind! ❤️
