- CBCasey BenefieldAug 25, 20261.0I placed an advance order, 2 hours in advance for delivery. Paid for pizza + generous tip in advance. Delivery time + 15 minutes rolls around, and I call the store. The pizza was just sitting there. They admitted, nobody came to pick up the pizza. Either the store, the franchise, or this company has decided to do the corporate "race-to-the-bottom" thing, and get rid of all their delivery drivers, using Doordash. This race to the bottom is happening at many companies. For nothing more than greed, often stockholder driven, they cut so hard into their own company's people resources - or the product, that they suddenly aren't operating properly. Customers notice, and we vote with our wallet... I can't justify ordering from Papa Johns if I can't depend on actually... you know, getting what I paid for. This comes after all the previously known horror stories about Doordash drivers demanding huge tips, not delivering, attacking people, vandalizing places, keeping food for themselves after payment.

The pics are from tonight, when calling the store to speak to a manager about this. i was spoken rudely to by a young man answering the phone with just a hello. When I asked for the manager he said shes busy, cool ill wait, he hung up on me. Tried calling again and no answer. The cheese bread only has cheese on half of each and the pizza has entire slices with no cheese nor toppings
