I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible team at Chick-fil-A in Hueytown. Every single time I visit, I'm reminded why this location stands out.
The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and that attitude makes such a difference. Even when they're busy, they remain patient, friendly, and efficient, all while making you feel like you're more than just another order.
On my most recent visit, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to help didn't go unnoticed. It's rare these days to find customer service that feels so genuine, but this team absolutely delivers.
The restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh and exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in.
To the management and staff: thank you for setting such a high standard. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication truly make an impact, and it is appreciated more than you probably realize. Hueytown is lucky to have such an outstanding team!

Everyone in the store needs training. I waited until my THIRD visit to leave a review. Food comes out 10-15 minutes before my drinks in the drive-thru. Associates act as if they don’t know what’s supposed to be on your order. Third time there and not once has my food been correct, hot, and timely. Store needs better leadership because 30 teens at night aren’t cutting it for service. Retrain or fire everyone.

I placed my order over the speaker and repeated it 3 times then had it repeated back to me.
When I arrived, it was not as I requested. The fries were cold and there were no straws in either bag. I also requested pimento cheese on the side and it came out on the sandwich despite that request being repeated back to me.
The staff is sweet but they seem overwhelmed and undertrained.
First time I went there it was at night, the food was cold and fries hard as a brick. I called Chick-fil-A Cares and they replaced the meal. Went back 2 days ago to pick it up, I requested freshly cooked food.....and to my surprise there was long hair in my bag and the server didn't bring my drinks. So he came back to my car looking puzzled to ask me to pull off and I politely asked for my drinks ( that he forgot to give me and handed him the long dark hair. He brought the drinks and apologized for the hair. Well when I pulled off made it home there was more surprises....there was much more long brown hair in my bag and my chicken nuggets and tenders weren't freshly cooked. So....I won't be going back a third time to have another bad experience.

As mentioned in a previous comment, “I want to love the because they are CFA.” On yesterday I visited this CFA, and I used the drive thru to place my order.
The drive thru staff was amazing, but upon checking my order, the Cobb Salads were not made correctly as I ordered (extra cheese and was charged for it). The four cookies I ordered and was charged for were not included in the bag. I go instead and explain to Kensley (the staff member the issue). She didn’t apologize, she just said, “Oh okay.”
I just had a hysterectomy last Thursday so if you know you know. I had pillow over my stomach and was barely standing, but I had to feed my child. As I stood at the corner, another team member takes my bags and says to several other team members, “She’s trying to get something for free.” What? That was very unprofessional, inappropriate, and just rude.
Hell, I paid for every item on that order and you are going to fix your mouth to say I am trying to get something for free! I get up go to work everyday and I don’t look for handouts for anyone, but you better believe if you give Elvis something for free he would have taken it! But for you to say that and I had paid for my order that was a shame!
It’s called accountability! I called corporate and someone followed up, but the situation was not handled properly. This young lady should be held accountable for her mouth and yes since you stated I wanted a handout anyway, just go ahead and refund my points and what I paid back to my account. That’s how you satisfy a CFA Customer and keep them coming back to your place of business. I don’t pay for poor customer service, but I will pay and tip for good customer service.
