- FJForrest Jeter3 days ago1.0I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it’s relatively new, but at this point, there’s been more than enough time to work out the kinks, and somehow it’s only getting worse. Quite possibly the slowest fast-food restaurant in Hueytown. The mobile ordering line is essentially pointless because you’re going to wait 20–30 minutes for your food regardless of how you order. And that’s assuming they even get your order right in the first place. I understand growing pains, but at some point, it stops being a learning curve and starts being a lack of execution.

The chicken nuggets were absolutely horrible and cold. I went through the mobile drive thru and had to sit in line for way too long. By far this Chick-fil-A is not up to par with the rest of them that I have been to. I have never had any Chick-fil-A give me cold food. I understand that they were about to close in 20 minutes but that still no excuse. Edited to add I've also tried to call out there multiple times and nobody will answer the phone.
- SPSerita PurifoySep 24, 20261.0Every time I go to this location nothing is right. I had to be pulled down for a kale salad and after waiting they come out and tell me they dont have any prepared. This was my first time ever being told to pull down at a Chick-fil-a. And they always take my order wrong, I went yesterday and I ordered 2 meals and a salad. I get to the windows and get my food they charged me for extra drinks and I was missing food. I had to get a refund on things I didn't ask for and ask for the missing food item. I asked for a receipt of the refund and the young lady said we ran out of paper and then turned around and said oh it printed, not only did my receipt print but other people receipt was attached to it. How can establishment run out of receipt paper when they have paper receipts on cups and bags when I got up there. It's something about this location that is off and management. I dont know if they are hiring their buddies and they dont put forth an effort to do better because they are friends with management or related to them. They need to hire people who are willing to learn, grow and work respectfully. Its just this location that I experienced this. I had other times I had to keep repeating my order because the guy kept repeating it wrong. And they need to be knowledgeable about their menu to help their customers instead of standing there with a clueless look on their face acting like they dont know. I said can I get the spicy salad you have on the menu because it slipped my mind the exact name of the salad and they only have one spicy salad on the menu and the young lady was just standing there looking at me like she dont know what I was talking about, I finally figured out the exact name of it for her to add it to my order. I am hoping this location survive but if they dont improve they could make sells drop in the area and it could eventually close.

I honestly don’t understand the point of having a separate lane for mobile/online orders if the people ordering at the speaker are consistently getting their food before those of us who already placed our orders. I understand that things get busy, but it’s frustrating to wait so long after ordering ahead. It really defeats the purpose of having a second lane for mobile orders.
- TLTrey LambertSep 17, 20261.0No adult in the room. When you run your margins tight having 18 year olds everywhere customer service and communication suffers. Where is owner Tim Sweetman during busy hours? Who is the manager to notify customers if there may be a back up? Notifying them of a delay may be nice as I stand and watch everyone giggle and send orders out through the drive through for 30 minutes for a spicy chicken biscuit. Chick-fil-A has turned into a GrubHub and drive through distribution center. Cheaper labor and less interaction required.
