  Bought takeout Reuben,it had roast beef instead of corn beef,no sauerkraut and very little dressing.i was shorted correct items make sure you check b4 you leave this location.8/14/2026 7:30pm.

  I arrived at this location at 12:45am by which point I pulled into the drive thru, sat and waited for a getting from within that never came, so I called the store location and asked if they were still open where I was told yes but they would be closing at 1am, when I told the lady I was sitting in the drive thru she said ok and hung up the phone, so I sit for a few more minutes until the stores outside lights are cut off, I then pull around to the window where I get a young lady's attention, she opened the window and says can she help me, I said yes I would like to order some food, and this point she tells me that they are closed for the night, the time was 12:54am, 6 minutes before their posted closing time. I could understand if I had arrived at closing, but I was there a full 15 minutes before and did not receive service. Whoever the management for this shift is should be let go, mainly because they have failed at service to the customer and also to the store they have been given the responsibility to oversee, I wonder how much revenue this location has missed for all the other times this has taken place, because I'm sure tonight wasn't the first time this has happened. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and decides to look into things properly and the people or crew tonight are held accountable.
