I'm an easygoing person I like to laugh and talk but sometime when you don't feel like a joke then it's better to just smile and keep it moving I ordered the new banana pudding milkshake only the end up with a strawberry milkshake Good thing I stopped in the parking lot to check my phone only to put my straw in and seeing how pink the milkshake was to discover that it was not a banana milkshake I took it back again the manager will very kind and she exchanged my milkshake The person on the window was too busy joking to not hear my order is good to be friendly but it's better to pay attention to what a customer wants

Sadly my burger was cold, fries were stale and drink was flat. A waste of my time and money. The drive thru worker was friendly and kind.

Management must care about this staff because the employees are always SO NICE AND WELCOMING even when I’m having a late night craving and coming to the drive thru at 1am for a honey butter chx biscuit

Came a month ago and had poor service. 30m drive thru line. Workers were either rude or silent. Cold tenders and soggy fries. Today manager was in. Food was hot n tasty, wait wasn’t long, staff very friendly, and everything on order was right. They even offered a complimentary apple pie. Keep it up! If it’s great again next time changing this to a 5 star.
