Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Unfortunately, it took about 30 minutes to get through the line, which was frustrating after a very long day. However, as soon as I got to the window, a bubbly JaDore greeted me with a great smile and a sincere apology for the wait. He even provided two coupons for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious too! I had the Avocado Bacon Sandwich, which was loaded with flavor, along with their featured Banana Pudding Milkshake. YUMMY!!! Sometimes great customer service can turn a frustrating experience completely around.

It took us at least 15 mins to order. We then proceeded to wait at least 30 mins for our food. Our kids burgers were wrong and there was sauce all over the boxes. It was nasty. The management was the worse. They were very rude that they had to fix the order. She was very snotty and rude to me. I then had to go back to the register to ask for my kids burgers after about 10 more mins. This location need alot of work. They then proceed to talk about customers in the back. They have way to many managers standing around and not enough workers. The customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. If this was my first time eating at whataburger I would never return. We left and finished our food in the car. I will never return or recommend this location to anyone.
