  The Burger on my order was wrong, while Mrs Jackie who i believe was the manager on duty, she was trying to fix it and I was being really rude to her, so I want to apologize to her and say that I am sorry for how I acted tonight, she was very professional with how she handled everything. I ended up getting my Burger fixed and it was good. Good customer service from like that is why I keep coming back.

  I placed my order 20 minutes before arriving, arrived several minutes after order was supposed to be ready, girl in drive thru was rude. Waited 30 minutes only for my order to not be ready, then waited another 15 only to be given the wrong order while what I believe was one of the managers insisting that it was the correct order. When I showed she gave me the wrong food and showed my receipt she refused to give me the correct food. I watched the workers stand and do nothing especially one just standing looking at his phone. I also watched as they were making orders that were just being placed but not mine. Every single time I've gone to this store I've waited 30+ minutes, been ignored, the workers are always rude and they've given me the wrong order several times. Either they need better workers or they need to just be shut down. I have never had such a terrible experience at any restaurant nor have I had an experience so terrible that I've felt the need to leave a review but apparently today was the day. It's late, I've had a long day and now this? I love whataburger but I will not be coming back to this location.

  If I could leave this place negative stars I would. Out of pickles, out of tomatoes, out of onion rings, and my sauce was penetrated. And my order was wrong! I am lactose intolerant and they put cheese on my burgers. Employees were RUDE. Do better wattaburger or don’t stay open 24 hours. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

  One of the worst locations I've ever been to about six people were missing items out of their orders and a couple of them had their sandwiches made wrong which had to be a remake on the sandwiches I don't know what going in there night

  Waited 36 minutes for our food. Asked for 2 buffalo chicken strip sandwiches, they rung us up for 2 bacon ranch sandwiches. We got to the window and the lady there was going back and forth saying that’s what we asked for when the manager mentioned she heard us say buffalo, they pulled us down and 30 minutes later we still didn’t receive our order, so we just wasted our time for nothing and we went inside to get a refund🙂‍↔️
