My second order I went to the store as I can see where it was located and the team member Siva fixed my food as he explained everything to me different items I had never heard of. He also allowed me to sample some chicken and it turned to be delicious. Hari the manager was on the register and he assisted me with the Coke zero as it was out he immediately changed. Overall the experience was great I will be back and way better than chipotle.
- KHKimiyah HarrisJun 10, 20262.0as an avid chipotle customer, i wanted to try something new and use my tmobile tuesday reward on qdoba. i wasnt really welcomed upon entrance, but i proceeded to view the menu paying it no attention. as i began to place my order and emphasize on me being a first time customer, the lady making my food seemed very weird and out of it. she didnt really care to explain the menu or atleast help with options. she moved like she didnt care about her job. moving down the line to brian who checked me out and here’s where the fun began. i spoke. no response. that killed my vibe from there. Then, i tried to explain again it was my first time here and that i had a reward from tmobile and he proceeded to talk over me, repeatedly telling me to hold on while he did something on the screen in an extremely rude manner. i grabbed my bag and left. overall the food is pretty good, but the restaurant is going to go down hill with that kind of staff. ive worked CS for over 8+ years and no matter the day im having, i would’ve never treated a customer the way they treated me. qdoba hoover, please do better.
