  Terrible, whoever was on the drive through customer service was horrible at 6:30 pm may 18th , come on people I know we all have bad day but be at least respectful and do your job , never going back to this location.

  It is understandable McDonald's took away their fountain machines in most locations but why would you take away straws and napkins. This place was so busy the morning that I went that I had to wait for someone to get freed up just to ask for extra napkins. The only benefit to going to this restaurant is your food is very likely to be very hot and delicious unless it's the premium chicken sandwich.

  I purchased a frappe from the one in bessemer , and it was horrid , and gloria here was so kind and remade it for me... great service and very fast despite being busy. And the frappe was perfect.

  So apparently if you know Shelly you can skip the whole line at the drive-thru and drive around building to talk to her, while the other people who are waiting food gets cold is ok at this place, so become friends with shelly and she will give you free stuff while paying customers have to wait

  Consistently one of the better McDonald's locations I visit. Every time I go inside, the place is clean and well-kept, which honestly makes a big difference. I usually order through the app and walk over from my store, and my food is almost always ready right on time. The food is fresh and tastes exactly how you’d want it to, and the customer service has been solid across the board—friendly and efficient. It’s nice having a reliable spot like this nearby that gets the basics right every time.
