  I came to get my class a reward for doing well on a state test. They all told me what kind of donut they wanted. There were carts upon carts of donuts in the back… but we were told they would not refill the front display so I could fill an assorted box. When I asked for an assorted box, the lady rolled hers eyes at me, huffed, and told me that the 20 donuts in the case were all I could choose from. I would very much understand if they were short staffed or did not actually have the donuts, but there were several people working in the back. Also, there were flies in the front display case.

  This place is a disaster. And it’s sad because there’s only 2 locations left in Birmingham. They never have anything in stock. I asked for a cinnamon roll today. The response: “oh we didn’t make any today.” They told us everything that wasn’t fresh. Your only good option is plain glazed. I stop by for work every so often. And this is every time. I prefer local bakeries but they’re not open after 2. I really wish upper management or corporate fixed this place.

  Absolutely astonished how unprofessional the management at this location is. I was way over charged for my order because I wanted to add two separate specialty donuts to my order of one dozen original glazed doughnuts which is what I said at the drive through. They were out of one of the two and charged me anyway and upcharged my original glazed to an assorted one which is 8.99 difference I walked in to ask for my refund because a mistake was made. The manager proceeded to argue with me infront of a mother's day line backed to the door. I told him it was their responsibility to tell the customer when they are about to upcharge an order by almost 10 dollars and there is nothing on the menus that alert of this. He just kept saying it "wasn't their job and the menu says assorted" even though I told him I did not order an assorted and that by doing this the two other doughnuts are now almost 5 dollars each I was refunded a single dollar and after going around and around with him, it was clear they were not going to refund an error on their part. So disappointing and to loudly argue back in front of a mother's day crowd is appalling.

  “False Advertising” for the Mother’s Day special on the Mini donuts. I ordered them online expecting to receive what I ordered and had already payed for, but when I got there I was told at the window they was out of everything. I uploaded the Pics of the Mother’s Day special, what I was given and my receipt for the Mother’s Day special on the Mini donuts. I was Highly EXPECTING what I ordered online and I wasn’t given ANYTHING at the pick up window to accommodate my order that WAS NOT filled as it was online.

  I never leave reviews. In fact I have never left a review on anything. This could be due to my postpartum hormones/rage or it could be due to the fact that good customer service is not difficult. But this was the absolute slowest service I have ever received. The drive thru wasn’t budging. So I parked and went inside. I was third in line. It took almost THIRTY minutes to fill my order. There were initially 3 people working. Another person was outside on break. Eventually, 3 additional people come out from the back and service sped up. There is absolutely no reason it should take that long to fill an order of already made donuts. There was no greeting from any staff. No acknowledgement about the wait. And certainly no apologies offered. If you don’t like working a customer service job then get another job. It’s really not that difficult to just say “sorry for the wait” it truly does go a long way. While in line, 2 customers behind me left. They are for sure losing business due to this. I would rather do my taxes than deal with this terrible service.
