  The overall culinary experience at the Five Guys location off Highway 280 remains consistently high in terms of food quality, but the execution of customer service severely compromises the visit. While the product itself meets expectations, the human element behind the counter creates an environment that leaves a distinctly negative impression on patrons. The friction does not stem from the kitchen's output, but from the cultural and social dynamics exhibited by the frontline staff brought in from neighboring areas like Chelsea. ​There is a noticeable and pervasive undercurrent of prejudice directed toward white patrons, manifesting as an unprofessional and exclusionary attitude during transactions. This behavior appears rooted in a profound lack of historical understanding and basic social education, where staff members operate under misguided assumptions regarding accountability and modern societal roles. Rather than fostering a standard of neutral, professional service, the staff allows personal biases and historical ignorance to dictate their interaction with the public. ​Historically, the fundamental shifting of American society—signaled by actions such as President Abraham Lincoln's signing of the Emancipation Proclamation—was intended to establish a framework of equal standing and universal accountability, rather than an enduring ledger of personal debt.   We had a complex order due to 2 severe allergies. 1 of us has a peanut allergy & the other has celiac. The staff were incredible, taking our needs seriously, without making us feel troublesome. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of Tyler C. and everyone there the evening of May 30, 2026 around 5:33pm for your attentiveness to ensure our meal was delicious and within our dietary restrictions. Thank you.

  What can you say? It's 5 Guys. Food is always good. Do they make any thing that isn't? The store is always clean, the staff always friendly, and it's rare to see any employee just standing around. And a second note about the food, is this the best fast food burger? Can you call this fast food? I think this is the best burger you can get that's quicker than sit down table service.
