- MLmanly luttrellSep 25, 20265.0i’m ohhn tell yall what. i had a great day today and my experience at five guys this evening put a multiplier on it. double burg ketchup, pickles and cajun fries. did it togo because i was on the phone with my grandmother and ordered on the website. pup was in the car too. i gave a 5% tip because times are tough. when i got to the togo window i asked to add peanuts and ketchup. i got a separate bag with a pilleee of peanuts. i hate im leaving town tomorrow and not taking them on the plane, but my dad will mow them down. i accidentally ordered a hamburger instead of a cheese burger bc they do them separately instead of a topping. i even thought “am i forgetting something?” when looking at the condiments. luckily i was bringing it to eat at home and had some singles in the fridge. finishing up and pretty sad my experience is over. if i were still in the restaurant i’d get a cookies and cream shake but the peanuts will do and my mom made some brownies. i feel incredible. thanks again, yall be good

I sat in the mobile order line for an hour and a half last night and never received my food. Instead of seeing that my order was canceled when I got home on the app, they put “completed”. I’ll be disputing that charge with my credit card company for sure. The manager is incompetent, just hung his staff out to dry as they got rinsed. Never have I ever seen such a terribly run business in my life. The manager should be fired that worked last night, September 18, 2026. If you know it’s a national promo night, maybe be better prepared for a rush. I ordered my food at 6:30 on the app and ended up leaving the drive thru around 8:30 with no food.
