  went today for the first time and it was pretty good, employees were really nice and helpful, still got my food even during a rush. Will come again!!!

  I love Einsteins Bagels but this particular store has employees who have no sense of urgency. The food and coffee was delish but waiting for 22 minutes in a not so busy store

  Great experience. The manager- Summer was kind - helpful- and knowledgeable of the products available and went above and beyond to accommodate our group We will make this a regular stop on our travels. Thank you Einstein team. Great job.

  I absolutely adore this place, the food and service is amazing… At times you may have to wait a little. Jalen is the BEST everything he recommends is wonderful.. Wait or no wait I love it here

  Got there during a rush and I must say, for the staff appearing young they were supper professional and composed. They handled the crowed with smiles and comfort during what usually feels like a disaster. My husband’s order was delayed due to them not having the necessary ingredients for his order but mine was made. I waited for my husbands to be made to eat with him and of course my bagel got cold. I asked the young man at the counter if he can heat my bagel up for me and he stated he was not able to but he could offer me a new one. I denied because I know how busy they were and I didn’t want to get in the way. He insisted and still made me a fresh bagel. This being our first time there I must say I am very pleased with this establishment and their amazing hospitality 😊😊. I will definitely be returning, it’s the little things that matter.
