  I don’t even make reviews but this location was so bad I had to make one. I went at 11am. No chips, no vinaigrette, no pico, no sweet tea. How are you out of all these items and you just opened? Poor team management. Would never spend my money at this location again.

  Not sure what happened to this place.. used to be excellent service and good with time management. Now if you order pick up for specific time you have to wait over 20 minutes past the window time and just for them to give you wrong food. I ordered chicken and instead got some sketchy looking shredded meat not even sure what it is. Not coming back again.

  This was one of the poorest Chipotle experiences I have had and raised several concerns about the operation of this location. As I entered the restaurant, there was a significant amount of smoke in the air that appeared to be coming from the cooking area. The smoke was strong enough that I began coughing, and I observed other customers coughing as well. Service was also extremely slow. The employee preparing my order apologized for the delay, and several other customers appeared visibly frustrated and were complaining about the wait. I also experienced a concerning food-handling issue. While an employee was placing the lid on my bowl, some of the guacamole from my bowl came into contact with his shirt. This raised an obvious sanitation concern for me regarding my food. The condition of the food itself added to my concerns. The rice I received was noticeably hard and did not seem fresh or properly prepared. Given the overall condition and apparent disorganization of the restaurant, I was left questioning whether appropriate food-holding procedures were being consistently followed. I obviously cannot know what temperature the food was actually being maintained at because I did not measure it, but the quality of what I was served did not inspire confidence. Shortly after eating the meal, I also experienced significant gastrointestinal discomfort. The restaurant as a whole appeared unusually disorganized during my visit. There was no background music playing, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere compared with the experience I normally expect at Chipotle. I understand that restaurants can have difficult shifts and staffing challenges. However, the combination of excessive smoke, extremely slow service, frustrated customers, questionable food quality, a potential sanitation issue involving my order, and gastrointestinal discomfort after eating made this experience unacceptable. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews the ventilation, food-handling and holding procedures, food quality, staffing, and overall operation of this location.

  This is one of the worst Chipotles ive ever been to. ive had 3 issues with their service team in the drive through over the past month and will never return You order online select a time, pull up, and the workers stare at you and ignore you for 15 min when the order is sitting ready to be picked up. its like they are clueless of why im sitting in the mobile order line for pick up. This is a leadership issue and needs to be corrected or replaced.

  I’ve only ordered at this location about five times and all I really have to say is only one time out of those five orders I been impressed with portion sizes. I picked up an order today. One bowl with regular everything, and one bowl with double protein and extra everything…there was barely a difference between the two (there was no rush/crowd either). Just drive the extra couple of minutes down the road and visit the location on Montgomery Hwy, they always meet expectations.
