The first serving of chicken I received was very small. I simply asked for a little more because I expected a normal portion, not double meat. Instead, I was charged for extra protein, making my meal cost over $25. I’ve seen the CEO’s message saying employees should use good judgment when a customer asks for a little more after receiving a small portion. That wasn’t my experience. I understand charging for double meat, but that’s not what I was asking for. Paying more than $25 every time I want to eat at Chipotle isn’t reasonable, especially when the initial portion is so small. I hope you can review this situation and consider a refund or credit. Thank you for your time.
