  Chick-fil-A is one of the best places to go for chicken.... When it comes to fast food, good service, great tasting chicken... This is where you wanna come... Everyone is always professional, polite and kind... The place is always clean... I've never been to one that wasn't welcoming...

  This is now my second bad experience at this Chick-fil-A late at night, and it’s getting disappointing. The first time, my fries were only lukewarm. I let that slide, thinking it was just a one-off. This time was worse. My fries were not only lukewarm again, but they had that stale, potato-chip crunch like they’d been sitting way too long. My sandwich (jalapeño ranch club) was sloppy and thrown together with no care. To make it even more frustrating, I drove off thinking everything was good, reached over for some fries… and there were no fries in the bag at all. I had to turn around, go back, and when they finally gave them to me, it was the same lukewarm, low-quality fries. At this point, it feels like there’s a consistency issue with late-night service at this location. Definitely not the quality or attention you expect.

  This location was the best now it’s the worst . I wish they would have never made a mobile thru line . I was getting my mobile orders faster when it was merged with the regular drive thru orders . Now I’m the first in line and the last to leave with mobile orders . Then I have to get pulled to the side and watch everyone who ordered after me get their order while I’m still waiting ! I’ve had so many wrong items since the new switch carbonated water that was suppose to be sprite . Regular coffee that was suppose to be cold brew . The chicken nuggets texture and quality is bad now .

  I have come here, 2-3 per week for about 2 years now. at first this location was great but the past few months have been plagued with issues. Mainly the people taking orders. 1. " My Pleasure" the staple of chik fa la customer service does not exist in their vocabulary anymore. 2. They are not "Present" and "Focused" on the person they are taking the order from. looking around or seeing what the other employees are doing, etc. 3. They do not practice common customer service, by verifying that the customer is getting what they ordered as well as the runners not verifying the order is correct. This is my main issue, They need to VERIFY if the person is talking about a COMBO or just the item itself. Ya know, looking out for your customers. i don't write reviews often but when issue become consistent I want to call them out before i just stop going all together to Chik fa la. Todays mess up was my final straw, ordered an "8 pc combo w/ a Coke" and some how the order taker assumed i only wanted an 8pc and a coke. Why not spend the two seconds verifying Combo or No Combo? The customer is always going to assume that what they ordered was heard correctly, it is the workers responsibility, not the customers, to verify if they got everything correctly. Just another small example is that i constantly get the wrong sauces. order Buffalo and Ranch with my Spicy Sandwhich and get Barbeque instead. Common sense would say the customer probably doesnt want BBQ sauce on a spicy sandwhich but probably would want Buffalo to make it spicier. all in all it just feels like the employees are on auto pilot more and more and not really servicing the customer. Guess they are trying to make All AI Staffing seem more appealing to customers.
