  They throw the food in your car. The kid didn't even let me grab the bag of food before throwing the drinks in. I have been to this chick-fil-a multiple times and it’s the same thing every time. Disgusting customer service. I have a feeling as to why but I will save that story.

  Classic Chic-fil-a with the exception of a drive through. I heard this location focuses on catering orders but that could be a rumor, the facts are no drive through, and it’s a bit of a zig-zagging road to get to the location off of Vallydale road. The road is dictated by the strip mall barriers, not CFA’s fault. It’s a good location and has plenty of seating if you want to sit down to eat, lots of parking too. A good spot for a bus to stop, as the strip mall parking is often empty near the location. They are not the most helpful when it comes to breakfast at 10:30 - I just listened to them turn away paid customers who ordered in the app for breakfast but didn’t mark themselves ‘at the restaurant’ before 10:30. Really a bad way to handle it. If this happens to you there’s a Hardee’s serving almost as good breakfast until 11am. It’s on vallydale but is a couple miles of driving. Edit: I’ve discovered that this location has a partial drive through for lunch (11am-2pm) - I say partial, because you have to order though the passenger window, then travel around the building and park and wait for them to walk your order out to you. It’s a nice way to offer some version of drive though - I was told the strip mall would only allow this partial drive through. But do be prepared for ordering through the passenger side window, it apparently bothers some customers.

  This is my second time going to this location. Yesterday was the first. My order took forever and I was given a free cookie for the wait. That’s fine but today I got breakfast and it smelt and looked burnt. I’d rather go to the other locations than this one and this one is closer to me. Disappointed

  Hot fries - That has become something rare in fast food these days but I got some today, WOOHOO!!! Courteous, fast service, clean restaurant with (what looks like) fresh flowers on the tables, and FRESH HOT FRIES for the win!!!
