  If I could give zero stars, I would. I have ordered multiple times now from this restaurant, and every single time, I have been incredibly disappointed with the quality of my food. My order is never accurate, and this last visit to the restaurant was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito with EXTRA sour cream and LESS fiesta strips, but that was useless because my burrito was prepared as if they didn’t even read my customizations. Instead of fiesta strips in my burrito, they crumpled up a Doritos taco shell and used the pieces. See the pictures attached. The portions are always incredibly small, and my nacho fries are never fresh. I am absolutely fed up. It’s not hard at all to make a burrito, but at this location, apparently it’s the most difficult task to ever be completed by man. I’m never going to this location again. It’s always a complete waste of money and I feel like an idiot for hoping that THIS time, they’ll get my order accurate.

  The absolute worsts humans work at this location. I was cussed at because I walked in and began ordering off the screen. I didn’t realize the inside closed at 10, there were quite a few people in the dinning area. A woman was giving someone their order and looked right at me when I started. Telling me “Inside is closed, we can’t accept any more orders inside” was too much for these people. Let them get cussed at and see how the situation would have been different. I asked to speak to a manager and she was the one that cussed at me. So I asked for a district managers number and it took her 12 minutes to get it to me and handed it to someone else to give to me. There was a college baseball team in there and 3 of the players asked to take pictures of the phone number, because of the way I was treated. They don’t like their job, and that shouldn’t be my obligation to deal with.

  Staff was friendly. Prices were high. The restaurant was empty inside. No one to take our order. We had to order on the screen. We like the personal face to face customer service. My chalupa bread was very hard and difficult to eat.
