I guess the food would have magically appeared?? Either get whoever does supply orders to figure their crap out, or convince your night crew to stop lying. Paying 3 hours of 3+ people’s labor for them to tell people they can’t be served.

I have ordered multiple times now from this restaurant, and every single time, I have been incredibly disappointed with the quality of my food. My order is never accurate, and this last visit to the restaurant was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito with EXTRA sour cream and LESS fiesta strips, but that was useless because my burrito was prepared as if they didn’t even read my customizations. Instead of fiesta strips in my burrito, they crumpled up a Doritos taco shell and used the pieces. See the pictures attached. The portions are always incredibly small, and my nacho fries are never fresh. I am absolutely fed up. It’s not hard at all to make a burrito, but at this location, apparently it’s the most difficult task to ever be completed by man. I’m never going to this location again. It’s always a complete waste of money and I feel like an idiot for hoping that THIS time, they’ll get my order accurate.
