  This exact location has an issue of teaching their staff proper customer service. These kids do not know how to greet you, don’t SPEAK at all & sometimes don’t even look at you. They have to be GenZ folks because they’re the exact type of people no other job wants to hire. Anybody who has worked in customer service knows you gotta fake it til you make it. This location legit does not care and it’s why I’ll finally stop showing up here. Their ice machine is ALWAYS “broken” when I ask for a frappe & are out of Dr Pepper. Legit the worst location you could go to.

  One star is not low enough very slow incompetent workers. Friendly workers until you show them where they are wrong I would starve where I stopped there again

  To the manager reading this please thank yourself and the employees for getting up everyday and doing your best to make sure we get fed. I usually come around lunch and the crew is kind and doing their best to keep up with the heavy customer flow. Even with a crazy order and a rude customer in front of me I made it to the window and the girl at the window was still just as kind as could be, and made sure my cheeseburger perfect. You couldn’t ask for better realistic service from fast food. Thank you guys so much and I hope this review reaches the ears of the employees and they feel the appreciation they deserve.

  First of all just TRASH!!!!! We go into a line then we wait there for 5 minutes for nothing to happen so then we go in the other lane but guess what we wait there for another 5 minutes for nothing to happen so we pull up to the window to see if they can take our order but there is no one there so we eventually go to chick-fill-a (which is way better) get our food and now we’re late

  The absolute worst location to go to especially at night. I had a mobile order at 10:41pm got to restaurant at 11:05pm and did not get the burger until 11:41pm and on top of that they gave me a quarter pounder with nothing but mayo. The employee still had the audacity to say you didn’t have to do all that from me saying hello a few times and knocking on drive thru window then grabbing the order quickly when they finally decided to do their job. There were three people I saw from the window and it took 40 minutes for one quarter pounder that had nothing but mayo. Complete lack of responsibility and awareness in the way they act and do their work. I spent more on gas waiting than the price of the order itself. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT . This was my third visit and it’s always a 20 minute wait or more at night. What really pissed me off about the whole experience is there was no one behind me and no one in front of me for them to use the excuse of them being busy. Night shift hates their job want they sure make it obvious by making you hate the restaurant to never go back.
