  Waited over 40 minutes for my food, forgot half my order after I explicated asked them to make sure they had it. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong drink. This place sucks.

  I order iced VANILLA coffee and this what I received in a small cup looks like a bug in there too. The Resturant won’t pick up the call, seems like am not the only having this issue based on the reviews. Train your staff this is getting out of hand (I just opened my food and saw this, whoever made this I really wish you bad luck because this was my breakfast, SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT OR STOP TAKING PEOPLE MONEY)

  You can tell two different people are making these orders. I’ve started waking up early and placing my order before 9 a.m. because after that time, it arrives messed up. Please train your staff. There is no reason my orders should be missing items every time. The next time this happens, I will dispute that order and every other incorrect order from this year. I have already spoken to the manager about this. She said it would not happen again and that I would be refunded. I never received that refund. I am spending my hard-earned money. There is no reason my food should arrive missing sides and add-ons, or with watery grits and no egg. FYI even the team before 9am still leaves out sides(eg pancake or hash browns ) they still make better food and they don’t forget add-ons (just sides) so I suggest anyone having the same problem to order before the lazy team clocks in (pick a struggle) Also the iced coffee… see how it is ICED COFFEE & not just ice?

  The Big Bacon Breakfast Sandwich may be the best Breakfast sandwich I have EVER had and I am 74 years old having about every breakfast sandwich out there.

  I am utterly disgusted with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an online pickup order. The order was supposed to be ready at 9:47 a.m. when I arrived they told me to pull around and they would bring my food. 30 minutes later I still had not received my food so I had to go inside. I requested a refund and this request went ignored. They brought out my food and to make matters worse rhe order was not correct and missing the grits. I will never order from this jacks again and I will be leaving a bad review on all sites so that others may avoid the misfortune of placing an order here. There neeeds to be a dedicated person in charge of preparing online orders so that they are not having 30 plus minute wait times. The point of ordering online is to avoid long waits not the opposite.
