    Place used to be amazing when Blake was a manager there, heard they ran him off over the drive thru time and there were several times I would come in there and could hear him getting cussed and screamed at when he was literally so nice, polite and helpful, jacks better hope he ever comes back. Now its messy, food is always wrong or cold. I only keep going back to hope robert is still there or if blake came back.

    Holly Pond Jacks… Breakfast was not good at all. Minimal serving of eggs, that were barely warm. Grits were swimming in butter and clumped together, biscuits were very brown. Seems as if plates might have been prepped and left under a warmer? Just very disappointed in this location, most Jacks are great with breakfast.

    Went through early one morning and had an issue with my card and without hesitation the Assistant Manager Robert Presley was kind and patient and told me not to worry about it. Even when I called to bring a different form of payment for the 1.06 I owed he declined and told me not to worry. It’s truly hard to find great Customer service managers that take care of their customers. Thank you Robert for being so kind and patient!
