Jacks is convenient. Available, ready. Good menu. The BLT sandwich is a favorite or fried chicken.

This review is exclusively about their Labor Day sale. Jack's, please don't ever put your Chicken Fried Chicken on sale again unless you can guarantee quality. My family has had that meal numerous times and really likes it until Labor day. It was on sale.....it was the most pathetic excuse of a portion, we didn't even receive a biscuit, the chicken was dog food at best, rubbery, tough, dry, virtually inedible. This location in particular is known for service issues which I can somewhat look past with good food but the food tonight was awful.

I went to Jack's in Helena on Sunday night, September 6, 2026. Poor choice! I ordered bacon cheese burger meal. I ordered at the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes to get my food. The softdrink was warm and tasted flat. The fries were very greasy and looked like they were dipped in sand because they had so much salt on them. I'm not sure if the bacon cheese burger even had hamburger, bacon or cheese on it. There was @ four ounces of mayonnaise on the bun. There was a slice of tomato. All you could taste was the mayonnaise. The meal was disgusting! I would NOT recommend eating at Jack's in Helena AL! I will never go there again.

Window person can't count change then make a big deal trying to get it, no one in the store or drive thru and still had to pull up. Very down hill from when it opened.

The Jacks in Helena is probably the worst jacks I’ve ever been to overall. I have given them multiple chances and every time they seem to get it wrong. They have you pull forward when nobody else is in line so they don’t get dinged on wait times. Only to bring out COLD food here I was thinking at least the food will be hot but nope cold food and a burger that had more ketchup and mustard on it than anything else. so if you would like a ketchup and mustard burger, definitely go there if you would like some quality food that is hot and I need to order I would not go there.
